Definities
Crafebikit: Krijg een opvallende en volledig responsieve website online in minder dan een uur. Geen codeervaardigheden nodig! Kies uit onze verzameling lay-outs, voeg plug-ins toe en personaliseer de details. Crafebikit is een online editor waarmee je meerdere websites kunt maken. Door eenvoudig te klikken op het gebied dat je wilt wijzigen, kun je hele inhoudsdelen verplaatsen, toevoegen of wissen en het uiterlijk van je website wijzigen. Alle websites gemaakt via Crafebikit werken automatisch op verschillende apparaten en schermformaten. Hoe bekwaam je ook bent, onze editor is uitgerust met tools die eenvoudig genoeg zijn zodat iedereen ze kan gebruiken.
Betalingsmethode: de PayPal-rekening, betaalkaart, creditcard of andere methode die de Gebruiker gebruikt om zijn Lidmaatschap te betalen. Crafebikit accepteert Visa en Mastercard.
Diensten: Interactieve content, waaronder tekst, audio, video, foto's, afbeeldingen, kunstwerken en andere materialen die toegankelijk zijn via het Abonnement.
Gebruiker: De persoon die toegang krijgt tot de Diensten en de informatie van zijn Betaalmethode verstrekt

Abonnement
2.1 Registratie
Om gebruik te kunnen maken van Crafebikit Diensten moet u uw inschrijving voltooien door het relevante Formulier in te vullen en uw naam, telefoonnummer, e-mailadres, factuuradres en creditcardgegevens (indien u een Lidmaatschap koopt) op te geven. Uw Registratiegegevens moeten correct zijn om de blijvende nauwkeurigheid ervan te garanderen. U hebt de mogelijkheid om deze op elk gewenst moment bij te werken via uw profielaccount.
2.2 Vergoedingen
U betaalt uw Abonnement op basis van het land waar u zich registreert in uw lokale valuta en/of in de lokale valuta van het land waarin Crafebikitgeregistreerd is. Alle betalingen worden uitgevoerd via een beveiligde SSL gecodeerde verbinding, waardoor maximale veiligheid wordt gegarandeerd. Prijzen kunnen te allen tijde worden gewijzigd en door gebruik te blijven maken van onze diensten erkent u dat u de nieuwe kosten accepteert. Verder erkent u en stemt u ermee in dat de kaart- en factuurgegevens die u verstrekt geldig en niet gestolen zijn. Deze gegevens kunnen worden doorgegeven aan een derde partner, waaronder betalingsverwerkers en/of acquirers. De afhandeling van betalingen door andere Payment Providers valt onder hun respectieve servicevoorwaarden, en aanvaardt geen verantwoordelijkheid voor uw transacties met dergelijke Payment Providers of voor hun acties

Bij registratie wordt de door u opgegeven betaalmethode automatisch belast met de kosten voor de proefperiode en vervolgens automatisch afgetrokken van de volledige terugkerende kosten zoals vermeld in de bovenstaande plannen. De Lidmaatschapskosten zullen automatisch worden afgetrokken van de door u gekozen betaalmethode op de specifieke betaaldatum die in de herinneringse-mail wordt vermeld. De duur van uw factureringscyclus hangt af van het abonnementstype dat u bij de registratie hebt gekozen. Als het niet lukt om de door u verschuldigde kosten te innen (bijv. door gebrek aan geld), machtigt u om op een later tijdstip te proberen de kosten te innen. Crafebikit en u erkent dat in een dergelijk geval de betaaldatum kan veranderen. Verder erkent en aanvaardt u dat Crafebikit geen aanvullende toestemming van u zal vragen voor de terugkerende betaling. Alle vergoedingen moeten worden betaald voordat de services worden geleverd en na registratie worden de gekochte services voor u beschikbaar in overeenstemming met de van toepassing zijnde voorwaarden. We kunnen naar eigen goeddunken een korting geven op een betalingsplan voor een abonnement zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.
2.4 E-mails
Bij registratie ontvangt u een welkomstmail. U ontvangt ook een e-mail met de factureringsgegevens van uw bestelling en de factuur van uw aankoop. Uiterlijk 7 dagen voordat uw proefperiode afloopt en/of onmiddellijk na uw aankoop als de proefperiode niet langer is dan 7 dagen, ontvangt u ook een herinneringse-mail. U erkent dat als de proefperiode korter is dan 7 dagen, de e-mail met uw bestelling en factuur en de herinneringse-mail als één e-mail kunnen worden verzonden. Als u onze e-mails niet ontvangt op het e-mailadres dat u bij uw registratie hebt opgegeven, erkent u dat Crafebikit geen verantwoordelijkheid draagt en dat u contact moet opnemen met onze ondersteuningsteams op: [email protected].
2.5 Annulering
Als u ontevreden bent over uw aankoop, hebt u de mogelijkheid om uw lidmaatschap bij Crafebikit op elk gewenst moment te beëindigen. U kunt dit doen door op "Abonnement opzeggen" te klikken en de verstrekte instructies te volgen, of door contact op te nemen met de klantenservice. Uw account blijft actief tot de volgende facturering. Toegang kan ook worden geannuleerd wegens wanbetaling. Bij annulering of beëindiging van uw Lidmaatschap worden de gebruikersaccount, operationele gegevens en content permanent verwijderd, is herstel niet mogelijk en blijft u aansprakelijk voor eventuele openstaande bedragen.
2.6 Terugbetaling
U kunt binnen 14 dagen na uw aankoop 100% restitutie aanvragen bij Crafebikit. Reeds betaalde lidmaatschapsgelden worden echter niet gerestitueerd en zullen met een specifieke identificatie op uw betaalmethodeoverzicht worden vermeld. Uitzonderingen op dit beleid kunnen op individuele basis worden beoordeeld door het klantenserviceteam.
2.7 Beëindiging
Crafebikit heeft de bevoegdheid om uw toegang tot haar diensten op elk gewenst moment zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te beëindigen als u een bepaling van deze Overeenkomst schendt. Toegangsbeëindiging kan ook plaatsvinden om redenen zoals wanbetaling, betrokkenheid bij servicegebruik dat een risico kan vormen voor Crafebikit of andere gebruikers, betrokkenheid bij illegale of onethische activiteiten die Crafebikit of andere gebruikers kunnen schaden, verdenking van frauduleuze accountactiviteiten en deelname aan enig ander gedrag dat onaanvaardbaar wordt geacht zoals uiteengezet op de site of bepaald door de wet.

Abonnementsvoorwaarden
3.1 Inhoud
Als lid van de website Crafebikit hebt u toegang tot een verscheidenheid aan inhoud, waaronder interactieve functies, tekst, audio, video, afbeeldingen, illustraties en foto's, en kunt u deze downloaden en gebruiken. Zowel Crafebikit als externe leveranciers dragen bij aan het samenstellen, verspreiden en tonen van deze inhoud. De nauwkeurigheid, volledigheid, geschiktheid en bruikbaarheid van deze inhoud zijn uitsluitend de verantwoordelijkheid van , maar Crafebikit draagt geen verantwoordelijkheid voor de nauwkeurigheid van de inhoud die door derden op de site wordt aangeboden. Er is geen garantie van Crafebikit dat de geplaatste inhoud en informatie up-to-date en geschikt zijn en neemt niet de verantwoordelijkheid op zich om dergelijke inhoud actief te controleren of te reguleren, hoewel Crafebikit zich het recht voorbehoudt om delen van de inhoud te wijzigen en/of te verwijderen. Door de website te gebruiken, gaat u ermee akkoord Crafebikit te ontslaan van elke aansprakelijkheid die voortvloeit uit geschillen tussen u en Crafebikit.
3.2 Licentie
Met uw Lidmaatschap wordt u een herroepbare, niet-overdraagbare, niet-exclusieve en beperkte licentie verleend voor toegang tot en gebruik van onze Services. U erkent dat zich het recht voorbehoudt om uw licentie om welke reden dan ook te beëindigen. Uw gebruik van het Siteaanbod is strikt voor persoonlijke, niet-commerciële doeleinden. U stemt ermee in geen acties te ondernemen die de reputatie en goodwill van Crafebikit kunnen schaden of Crafebikit of haar gebruikers bloot te stellen aan enige vorm van schade of aansprakelijkheid. U stemt ermee in zich aan bepaalde richtlijnen te houden, zoals het niet schenden van de privacyrechten van andere gebruikers of het verzamelen van persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie zonder uitdrukkelijke toestemming. U verplicht zich ook om geen zoekmachine- of pay-per-click sleutelwoorden te kopen die geassocieerd zijn met Crafebikit, onethische marketingpraktijken te vermijden en Crafebikit diensten alleen te gebruiken via officieel ondersteunde interfaces. Elke reproductie, wijziging, downloading, aanpassing, verkoop of reverse engineering van de Services is verboden. U stemt ermee in geen afgeleide werken te maken, de Services te wijzigen of deze te gebruiken in combinatie met inhoud van derden op een manier die als onwettig, aanstootgevend of frauduleus kan worden beschouwd. Bovendien moet u zich onthouden van illegale activiteiten, waaronder phishing, het bevorderen van schadelijk gedrag of het schenden van wetten of rechten van Crafebikit of een derde, zoals intellectuele eigendomsrechten, privacyrechten of contractuele rechten. Ook is het verboden om u voor te doen of entiteiten zonder uitdrukkelijke toestemming op een denigrerende manier af te beelden. Illegale gegevensverzameling, het gebruik van geautomatiseerde apparaten om toegang te krijgen tot services of deze te monitoren, het verwijderen van auteursrechtmeldingen of pogingen om concurrerende producten te maken zijn ten strengste verboden. Ten slotte is het omzeilen van maatregelen die de toegang tot Crafebikit services beperken niet toegestaan.
3.3 Sociale media
De Site kan links bevatten naar Crafebikit's Social Media Pages. Crafebikit is niet aansprakelijk voor claims of schade die voortvloeien uit uw gebruik of onvermogen om de Social Media Pages of Social Media Websites te gebruiken, aangezien de pagina's bestaan op websites van derden en gebonden zijn aan de voorwaarden en overeenkomsten die van toepassing zijn op die specifieke platforms.

Intellectueel eigendom
De inhoud die toegankelijk is via Crafebikit diensten, is beschermd door toepasselijke wetten op intellectueel eigendom, auteursrechten en handelsmerken. Alleen het bekijken van de inhoud verleent geen eigendomsrechten, en informatie of materiaal dat via het site-aanbod wordt geplaatst, betekent niet dat u afstand doet van deze rechten. Alle rechten die niet expliciet in deze Overeenkomst worden verleend, ongeacht of deze toebehoren aan Crafebikit of aan haar licentiegevers, blijven voorbehouden aan en haar licentiegevers.

Afwijzing van garanties
Onze Services worden geleverd "zoals ze zijn", zonder garanties van welke aard dan ook, met inbegrip van impliciete garanties van verkoopbaarheid, geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel of nauwkeurigheid. Crafebikit garandeert geen volledigheid, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid of veiligheid van de Diensten. Er is geen garantie dat ze aan uw behoeften zullen voldoen, wetten zullen naleven of vrij zullen zijn van virussen of fouten. Crafebikit is niet verantwoordelijk voor de beschikbaarheid van internetverbindingen of servicetoegang tijdens piekuren of systeemstoringen. Ze zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de service, zoals winstverlies, gegevensproblemen of bedrijfsonderbreking. Crafebikit worden niet aansprakelijk gesteld voor claims die een jaar na de oorzaak van de actie komen. U gaat ermee akkoord Crafebikit te ontslaan van aansprakelijkheid in eventuele geschillen.

Privacy- en antiwitwasbeleid
6.1 Privacybeleid
Bepaalde aspecten van Crafebikit services vereisen het verzamelen of gebruik van persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie, inclusief gegevens over gebruikers of hun activiteiten en navigatie binnen de Crafebikit services. Specifiek is al het materiaal dat u indient, zoals Registratiegegevens en Feedback, onderworpen aan het Privacybeleid. Het wordt aanbevolen om de Privacyverklaring en het relevante beleid van Services van derden te lezen om hun gebruikspraktijken en gegevensverzameling te begrijpen. Om het Privacybeleid te controleren, klikt u op "Privacybeleid".
6.2 Beleid tegen het wassen van geld
Crafebikit houdt zich aan anti-corruptie, anti-omkoping en anti-witwaswetten. U erkent de verplichting om toepasselijke wetten na te leven, inclusief lokale en federale wetten, EU-richtlijnen, verordeningen, het VN-verdrag en andere toepasselijke wetten.

Externe koppelingen
Onze Website kan advertentielinks bevatten naar andere websites die door derden worden beheerd. U erkent dat Crafebikit geen controle heeft over de informatie, producten of diensten die op deze externe websites worden aangeboden. Crafebikit aanvaardt geen verantwoordelijkheid of aansprakelijkheid voor de inhoud en activiteiten van deze externe sites en wijst elke verantwoordelijkheid voor verliezen of schade als gevolg van uw gebruik van deze links van de hand. U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de risico's die verbonden zijn aan het navigeren naar deze links.

Opt-Outs
U hebt te allen tijde de mogelijkheid om u af te melden voor het ontvangen van promotionele e-mails en marketingcommunicatie van de verzendende partij. U kunt dit recht uitoefenen door te klikken op de koppeling "Afmelden" in de voettekst van de e-mail of door rechtstreeks contact op te nemen met de verzendende partij. Zodra het verzoek tot afmelding is ontvangen, zal de verzendende partij onmiddellijk stoppen met het verzenden van promotionele e-mails naar het opgegeven e-mailadres. Houd er rekening mee dat het afmelden voor promotionele e-mails de ontvangende partij niet belet essentiële communicatie te ontvangen met betrekking tot de diensten die onder deze overeenkomst worden geleverd.

Overmacht
In het geval dat een van de partijen niet in staat is om een van haar verplichtingen onder deze overeenkomst uit te voeren vanwege natuurrampen, oorlog, terroristische acties, overheidsvoorschriften of een andere gebeurtenis buiten de redelijke controle van de partij die zich op deze bepaling beroept, wordt de prestatie van de getroffen partij geëxcuseerd en wordt de tijd voor de prestatie verlengd voor de periode van vertraging of onvermogen om te presteren als gevolg van een dergelijke gebeurtenis. De partij die getroffen wordt door een geval van overmacht moet de andere partij echter onmiddellijk schriftelijk op de hoogte stellen van de gebeurtenis en de redenen voor haar onvermogen om te presteren. Als de overmachtsituatie langer dan 30 dagen aanhoudt, kan elke partij deze overeenkomst beëindigen door de andere partij hiervan schriftelijk in kennis te stellen. In dat geval is geen van beide partijen aansprakelijk jegens de andere partij voor schade die voortvloeit uit of verband houdt met de beëindiging van deze overeenkomst

Kennisgeving voor claims van schending van auteursrechten
Als u vermoedt dat uw auteursrechtelijk beschermde werk is geschonden, kunt u een kennisgeving van schending van het auteursrecht indienen bij Crafebikit. Vermeld uw contactgegevens (telefoonnummer, e-mailadres en adres), een handtekening van de eigenaar van het auteursrecht of een bevoegde vertegenwoordiger die hun toestemming bevestigt, gedetailleerde informatie over het auteursrechtelijk beschermde werk (inclusief de locatie ervan op de service) en een verklaring waarin u te goeder trouw beweert dat het werk wordt gebruikt zonder wettelijke toestemming. Bevestig bovendien de juistheid van de verstrekte gegevens

Vrijwaring
U verplicht zich Crafebikit, haar moeder- en dochtermaatschappijen, en hun respectievelijke leden, functionarissen, directeuren, werknemers, agenten, co-branders, content licentiegevers en andere partners te vrijwaren en te beschermen tegen claims, onkosten, schade, rechtszaken, kosten, eisen, inclusief advocaatkosten, en/of vonnissen geïnitieerd door een derde partij. Deze schadeloosstelling heeft betrekking op uw ongepast gebruik van het Siteaanbod, met inbegrip van schendingen van auteursrechten of privacyrechten, inbreuken op deze Overeenkomst, geschillen tussen u en Crafebikit en/of inbreuken op de rechten van anderen. Deze bepalingen zijn bedoeld ten gunste van Crafebikit, haar moedermaatschappijen, dochtermaatschappijen, gelieerde ondernemingen en hun respectieve personeel, die deze voorwaarden rechtstreeks tegen u kunnen afdwingen

Oplossing van geschillen
De Overeenkomst wordt behandeld alsof deze is uitgevoerd en uitgevoerd in Republic of Ireland en zal worden beheerst door en geïnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met de wetten van Republic of Ireland (zonder rekening te houden met conflicterende rechtsbeginselen). You can also receive notifications, so you'll never miss a due date again. Through Crafebikit, you'll be able to create a savings plan and establish a budget easier than ever before! No bank account add-ons are needed with our planner. Import all your expense and income information manually, and your banking data will remain confidential. We wanted to make things even simpler for you, so now you can generate financial reports without having to spend a whole day working on them.
Payment Method: the PayPal account, debit card, credit card, or other method used by the User to pay for their Membership. Crafebikit accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Services: Interactive content, encompassing text, audio, video, photographs, graphics, artwork, and other materials accessible through the Subscription.
User: The individual who accesses the Services and provides their Payment Method information.

Subscription
2.1 Registration
In order to use Crafebikit Services you need to complete your subscription by filling out the relevant Form providing your name, phone number, email address, billing address, credit card details (if buying Membership). Your Registration Data must be accurate to ensure its ongoing accuracy. You have the ability to update them at any time through your profile account.
2.2 Fees
You will pay your Subscription based on the country where you're registering at your local currency and/or at the local currency of the country in which Crafebikitis registered. All payments are conducted through a secure SSL encrypted connection, ensuring maximum safety. Prices are subject to change at any time and by continuing to use our services you acknowledge that you accept the new fees. Further you recognize and consent that the card and billing details you furnish are valid and not stolen. These details may be disclosed to a third-party partner, including payment processors and/or acquirers. The handling of payments by other Payment Providers will be governed by their respective terms of service, and assumes no responsibility for your dealings with such Payment Providers or for their actions

Upon registration, the payment method you provided will be automatically charged for the trial period fee and then automatically deducted the complete recurring fee as stated in the plans above. The Membership fee will be automatically deducted from your chosen Payment Method on the specific payment date mentioned in the reminder email. The duration of your billing cycle will vary according to the subscription type you chose upon registration. If there is a failure in collecting the fees you owe (ex. due to lack of funds), you authorize to attempt collection at a later time. Crafebikit and you acknowledge that in such event, the payment date may change. Further, you acknowledge and accept that Crafebikit will not seek additional authorization from you for the recurring payment. All fees must be paid in advance of the services being provided and upon registration, the purchased services will become available to you in accordance with the applicable terms. We have the sole discretion to provide a discount on a subscription payment plan without giving any prior notice.
2.4 Emails
Upon registration you will receive a welcome email. You will also receive an email with the billing information of your order and the invoice of your purchase. A reminder email will also be sent no later than 7 days before your trial period expires and/or immediately after your purchase if the trial period does not exceed the 7 days. You acknowledge that if the trial period is less than 7 days, email with your order and invoice and the reminder email may be sent as one email. If you do not receive our emails to the email provided by you upon your registration, you acknowledge that Crafebikit bears no responsibility and you should contact our support teams at: [email protected].
2.5 Cancellation
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to terminate your Membership with Crafebikit at any time. You can do so by clicking "Cancel Subscription" and following the provided instructions, or by reaching out to the customer support centre. Your account will stay active until the next billing. Access cancellation may also occur due to non- payment. Upon cancellation or termination of your Membership, the user account, operational data, and content will be permanently deleted, recovery will not be possible and you remain liable for any outstanding amounts.
2.6 Refund
You can request a 100% refund from Crafebikit within 14 days of your purchase. However, Membership fees already paid are non-refundable and will be listed on your Payment Method statement with a specific identifier. Exceptions to this policy may be evaluated on an individual basis by the customer support team.
2.7 Termination
Crafebikit has the authority to end your access to its services at any time without prior notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Access termination may also occur for reasons such as non-payment, engagement in service use that may pose a risk to Crafebikit or other users, involvement in illegal or unethical activities that could harm Crafebikit or other users, suspected fraudulent account activity, and participation in any other behaviour deemed unacceptable as outlined on the site or governed by the law.

3.1 Content
Being a member of the Crafebikit website g you can access, download, and engage to a variety of content, including interactive features, text, audio, video, graphics, artwork and photographs. Both Crafebikit and third-party providers contribute to compiling, distributing, and showcasing this content. The accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, and usefulness of this content are the sole responsibility of but Crafebikit bears no responsibility for the accuracy of content provided by third-party providers on the site. There is no assurance from Crafebikit that the posted content and information are up-to-date and suitable and does not undertake the responsibility to actively monitor or regulate such content, although Crafebikit reserves the right to modify and/or remove any part of the content. By using the website, you agree to release Crafebikit from any liability arising from disputes between you and Crafebikit.

With your Membership, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited license to access and use our Services. You acknowledge that reserves the right to terminate your license for any reason. Your usage of the Site Offerings is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to undertake actions that could damage the reputation and goodwill of Crafebikit or expose Crafebikit or its users to any form of harm or liability. Crafebikit isn't responsible for internet connection availability or service access during peak times or system malfunctions. They're not liable for damages resulting from service use, such as profit loss, data issues, or business interruption. Crafebikit won't be held liable for any claims beyond a year from the cause of action. You agree to release Crafebikit from liability in any disputes.

Force Majeure
In the event that either party is unable to perform any of its obligations under this agreement because of natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the party invoking this provision, the affected party's performance shall be excused and the time for performance shall be extended for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence. However, the party affected by a force majeure event shall promptly notify the other party in writing of the occurrence and the reasons for its inability to perform. If the force majeure event lasts for a continuous period of more than 30 days, either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the other party. Dispute Resolution
Treating the Agreement as if executed and performed in Republic of Ireland, it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland (without regard to conflict of law principles). In the event that you've submitted a complaint to Crafebikit and find the response unsatisfactory, you have the option to present a dispute for resolution through an arbitration Settlement Offer. This arbitration process will take place in Republic of Ireland with a single arbitrator. Unless mandated by applicable law, each party will bear their own legal costs, irrespective of the outcome of the arbitration. While Crafebikit may be entitled to claim lawyers' fees and expenses if successful in arbitration, they will refrain from seeking such fees unless the arbitrator deems your claim frivolous. Furthermore, to the extent permissible by law, you undertake not to initiate, join, or participate in any class action lawsuit related to any claim, dispute, or controversy against Crafebikit and/or its employees, officers, directors, members, representatives, and/or assigns. You agree to an injunction to cease such a lawsuit or to remove yourself as a participant, and you also agree to cover the legal fees and court costs incurred by Crafebikit in seeking such relief. This provision, preventing your involvement in class action lawsuits: does not waive any of your rights or remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as part of a class action in binding arbitration as outlined above; and constitutes a separate agreement.
