Definisjoner
Crafebikit: Få en iøynefallende og fullt responsiv nettside på mindre enn en time. Ingen programmeringskunnskaper behøves! Velg et oppsett fra samlingen vår, legg til programvareutvidelser og sett ditt eget preg på detaljene. Crafebikit er et nettbasert redigeringsverktøy som lar deg opprette flere nettsider. Ved å enkelt klikke på området du ønsker å endre, kan du flytte på, legge til eller fjerne hele innholdsseksjoner og endre utseendet til nettsiden din. Alle nettsider som er opprettet med Crafebikit er automatisk responsive på ulike enheter og skjermstørrelser. Uansett hvilket ferdighetsnivå du ligger på, er redigeringsverktøyet vårt enkelt nok til at alle kan bruke det.
Betalingsmetode: PayPal-kontoen, debetkortet, kredittkortet eller annen metode som brukeren bruker for å betale for medlemskapet. Crafebikit godtar Visa og Mastercard.
Tjenester: Interaktivt innhold, som omfatter tekst, lyd, video, fotografier, grafikk, kunstverk og annet materiale som er tilgjengelig gjennom Abonnementet.
Bruker: Den personen som får tilgang til Tjenestene og oppgir sin betalingsmetodeinformasjon

Abonnement
2.1 Registrering
For å kunne bruke Crafebikit -tjenestene må du fullføre abonnementet ditt ved å fylle ut det relevante skjemaet og oppgi navn, telefonnummer, e-postadresse, faktureringsadresse og kredittkortopplysninger (hvis du kjøper medlemskap). Registreringsopplysningene dine må være nøyaktige for å sikre at de forblir korrekte. Du har muligheten til å oppdatere dem når som helst via profilkontoen din.
2.2 Gebyrer
Du betaler abonnementet ditt basert på landet der du registrerer deg i din lokale valuta og/eller i den lokale valutaen i landet der Crafebikiter registrert. Alle betalinger gjennomføres via en sikker SSL-kryptert forbindelse, noe som sikrer maksimal sikkerhet. Prisene kan endres når som helst, og ved å fortsette å bruke våre tjenester erkjenner du at du aksepterer de nye avgiftene. Videre erkjenner du og samtykker i at kort- og faktureringsopplysningene du oppgir, er gyldige og ikke stjålet. Disse opplysningene kan bli utlevert til en tredjepartspartner, inkludert betalingsbehandlere og/eller innløsere. Håndteringen av betalinger fra andre betalingsleverandører vil være underlagt deres respektive tjenestevilkår, og påtar seg intet ansvar for din omgang med slike betalingsleverandører eller for deres handlinger

Ved registrering vil betalingsmåten du har oppgitt, automatisk belastes for prøveperioden og deretter trekkes automatisk hele den faste avgiften som angitt i planene ovenfor. Medlemsavgiften trekkes automatisk fra den betalingsmåten du har valgt, på den spesifikke betalingsdatoen som er nevnt i påminnelses-e-posten. Varigheten av faktureringssyklusen vil variere i henhold til abonnementstypen du valgte ved registrering. Hvis det ikke lykkes å inndrive avgiftene du skylder (f.eks. på grunn av manglende midler), autoriserer du til å forsøke innkreving på et senere tidspunkt. Crafebikit og du erkjenner at betalingsdatoen i så fall kan endres. Videre erkjenner og aksepterer du at Crafebikit ikke vil søke ytterligere autorisasjon fra deg for den tilbakevendende betalingen. Alle avgifter må betales i forkant av at tjenestene leveres, og ved registrering vil de kjøpte tjenestene bli tilgjengelige for deg i samsvar med gjeldende vilkår. Vi har rett til å gi rabatt på en abonnementsbetalingsplan uten å gi noe forhåndsvarsel.
2.4 E-poster
Ved registrering vil du motta en velkomst-e-post. Du vil også motta en e-post med faktureringsinformasjon for bestillingen din og fakturaen for kjøpet ditt. Du vil også motta en påminnelse per e-post senest 7 dager før prøveperioden utløper og/eller umiddelbart etter kjøpet hvis prøveperioden ikke overstiger 7 dager. Du erkjenner at hvis prøveperioden er kortere enn 7 dager, kan e-post med bestillingen og fakturaen din og påminnelses-e-posten bli sendt som én e-post. Hvis du ikke mottar e-postene våre til den e-posten du oppga ved registreringen, erkjenner du at Crafebikit ikke har noe ansvar, og du bør kontakte våre supportteam på: [email protected].
2.5 Avbestilling
Hvis du er misfornøyd med kjøpet ditt, har du muligheten til å avslutte medlemskapet ditt hos Crafebikit når som helst. Du kan gjøre dette ved å klikke på "Avbryt abonnement" og følge instruksjonene som følger med, eller ved å kontakte kundesupportsenteret. Kontoen din vil forbli aktiv frem til neste fakturering. Kansellering av tilgang kan også skje på grunn av manglende betaling. Ved kansellering eller oppsigelse av medlemskapet ditt vil brukerkontoen, driftsdata og innhold slettes permanent, gjenoppretting vil ikke være mulig, og du er fortsatt ansvarlig for eventuelle utestående beløp.
2.6 Refusjon
Du kan be om 100 % refusjon fra Crafebikit innen 14 dager etter kjøpet. Medlemsavgifter som allerede er betalt, kan imidlertid ikke refunderes og vil bli oppført på betalingsmåten din med en spesifikk identifikator. Unntak fra disse retningslinjene kan vurderes individuelt av kundestøtteteamet.
2.7 Oppsigelse
Crafebikit har myndighet til å avslutte din tilgang til tjenestene når som helst uten forvarsel hvis du bryter noen av bestemmelsene i denne avtalen. Tilgangen kan også avsluttes av grunner som manglende betaling, bruk av tjenesten som kan utgjøre en risiko for Crafebikit eller andre brukere, deltakelse i ulovlige eller uetiske aktiviteter som kan skade Crafebikit eller andre brukere, mistanke om svindelaktivitet på kontoen og deltakelse i annen atferd som anses som uakseptabel, slik det er beskrevet på nettstedet eller regulert av loven.

Abonnementsvilkår
3.1 Innhold
Som medlem av nettstedet Crafebikit kan du få tilgang til, laste ned og engasjere deg i en rekke ulike typer innhold, inkludert interaktive funksjoner, tekst, lyd, video, grafikk, kunstverk og fotografier. Både Crafebikit og tredjepartsleverandører bidrar til å sammenstille, distribuere og vise frem dette innholdet. Nøyaktigheten, fullstendigheten, hensiktsmessigheten og nytten av dette innholdet er sitt eneansvar, men Crafebikit har ikke noe ansvar for nøyaktigheten av innholdet som leveres av tredjepartsleverandører på nettstedet. Det er ingen garanti fra Crafebikit for at innholdet og informasjonen som legges ut er oppdatert og egnet, og påtar seg ikke ansvaret for å aktivt overvåke eller regulere slikt innhold, selv om Crafebikit forbeholder seg retten til å endre og/eller fjerne deler av innholdet. Ved å bruke nettstedet samtykker du i å frita Crafebikit fra ethvert ansvar som oppstår som følge av tvister mellom deg og Crafebikit.
3.2 Lisens
Med medlemskapet ditt får du en tilbakekallelig, ikke-overførbar, ikke-eksklusiv og begrenset lisens til å få tilgang til og bruke tjenestene våre. Du erkjenner at forbeholder seg retten til å avslutte lisensen din uansett grunn. Din bruk av nettstedstilbudene er kun for personlige, ikke-kommersielle formål. Du samtykker i å ikke foreta handlinger som kan skade omdømmet og goodwill til Crafebikit eller utsette Crafebikit eller dets brukere for noen form for skade eller ansvar. Du forplikter deg til å følge visse retningslinjer, for eksempel å avstå fra å krenke andre brukeres personvernrettigheter eller samle inn personlig identifiserbar informasjon uten eksplisitt samtykke. Du forplikter deg også til å avstå fra å kjøpe søkemotor- eller betal-per-klikk-søkeord knyttet til Crafebikit, unngå uetisk markedsføringspraksis og kun bruke Crafebikit -tjenester gjennom offisielt støttede grensesnitt. All reproduksjon, modifisering, nedlasting, tilpasning, salg eller reverse engineering av tjenestene er forbudt. Du samtykker i å ikke lage avledede verk, endre tjenestene eller bruke dem sammen med tredjepartsinnhold på en måte som kan anses som ulovlig, støtende eller uredelig. Videre må du avstå fra å delta i ulovlige aktiviteter, inkludert phishing, fremme skadelig atferd eller krenke noen lov eller rettighetene til Crafebikit eller en tredjepart, for eksempel immaterielle rettigheter, personvern eller kontraktsrettigheter. Det er også forbudt å utgi seg for å være en annen eller fremstille enheter på en nedsettende måte uten eksplisitt godkjenning. Ulovlig datainnsamling, bruk av automatiserte enheter for å få tilgang til eller overvåke tjenester, fjerning av opphavsrettsmerknader eller forsøk på å lage konkurrerende produkter er strengt forbudt. Til slutt er det ikke tillatt å omgå tiltak som begrenser tilgangen til Crafebikit -tjenester.
3.3 Sosiale medier
Nettstedet kan ha lenker som leder til Crafebikit sine sider for sosiale medier. Crafebikit har ikke noe ansvar for krav eller skader som oppstår som følge av din bruk eller manglende evne til å bruke sidene for sosiale medier eller nettsteder for sosiale medier, ettersom sidene finnes på tredjeparts nettsteder og er bundet av vilkårene og avtalene som gjelder for disse spesifikke plattformene.

Intellektuell eiendom
Innholdet som er tilgjengelig via Crafebikit tjenester, er beskyttet av gjeldende lover om immaterielle rettigheter, opphavsrett og varemerker. Bare det å se på innholdet gir ikke eierrettigheter, og informasjon eller materiale som legges ut via nettstedstilbudene, innebærer ikke at du gir avkall på disse rettighetene. Alle rettigheter som ikke eksplisitt er gitt i denne avtalen, enten de tilhører Crafebikit eller dets lisensgivere, beholdes av og dets lisensgivere.

Ansvarsfraskrivelse for garantier
Våre tjenester leveres "som de er", uten garantier av noe slag, inkludert underforståtte garantier for salgbarhet, egnethet for et bestemt formål eller nøyaktighet. Crafebikit garanterer ikke tjenestenes fullstendighet, kvalitet, pålitelighet eller sikkerhet. Det er ingen garanti for at de passer til dine behov, er i samsvar med lover eller er fri for virus eller feil. Crafebikit er ikke ansvarlig for tilgjengeligheten til Internett-tilkoblingen eller tjenestetilgang i rushtider eller systemfeil. De er ikke ansvarlige for skader som oppstår som følge av bruk av tjenesten, for eksempel tap av fortjeneste, dataproblemer eller driftsavbrudd. Crafebikit vil ikke holdes ansvarlig for eventuelle krav utover et år fra årsaken til handlingen. Du samtykker i å frita Crafebikit fra ansvar i eventuelle tvister.

6.1 Retningslinjer for personvern
Visse aspekter av Crafebikit tjenester krever innsamling eller bruk av personlig identifiserende informasjon, inkludert data om brukere eller deres aktiviteter og navigering i Crafebikit tjenestene. Spesielt er alt materiale du sender inn, for eksempel registreringsdata og tilbakemeldinger, underlagt personvernerklæringen. Det anbefales å lese personvernerklæringen og relevante retningslinjer for tredjepartstjenester for å forstå deres brukspraksis og datainnsamling. 6.2 Retningslinjer mot hvitvasking av penger
Crafebikit overholder lover mot korrupsjon, bestikkelser og hvitvasking av penger. Du erkjenner forpliktelsen til å overholde gjeldende lover, inkludert lokale og føderale lover, EU-direktiver, forskrifter, FN-konvensjonen og andre gjeldende lover.

Eksterne lenker
Nettstedet vårt kan inneholde reklamelenker til andre nettsteder som drives av tredjeparter. Du erkjenner at Crafebikit ikke har kontroll over informasjonen, produktene eller tjenestene som tilbys på disse eksterne nettstedene. Crafebikit påtar seg intet ansvar for innholdet og driften av disse eksterne nettstedene og fraskriver seg ethvert ansvar for eventuelle tap eller skader som følge av din bruk av disse koblingene. Du er selv ansvarlig for enhver risiko forbundet med å navigere til disse lenkene.

Fravalg
Du kan når som helst velge å reservere deg mot å motta salgsfremmende e-post og markedsføringskommunikasjon fra avsenderparten. Du kan benytte deg av denne retten ved å klikke på lenken "avslutt abonnement" i bunnteksten i e-posten eller ved å kontakte avsender direkte. Når forespørselen om å melde deg av er mottatt, vil avsender straks slutte å sende reklame-e-post til den angitte e-postadressen. Vær oppmerksom på at det å reservere seg mot reklame-e-post ikke utelukker mottakeren fra å motta viktig kommunikasjon knyttet til tjenestene som leveres i henhold til denne avtalen.

Force Majeure
Dersom en av partene ikke er i stand til å oppfylle noen av sine forpliktelser i henhold til denne avtalen på grunn av naturkatastrofer, krig, terrorhandlinger, offentlige reguleringer eller andre hendelser som ligger utenfor rimelig kontroll for den parten som påberoper seg denne bestemmelsen, skal den berørte partens oppfyllelse være fritatt, og oppfyllelsesfristen skal forlenges for perioden med forsinkelse eller manglende evne til å oppfylle på grunn av en slik hendelse. Den parten som er berørt av en force majeure-hendelse, skal imidlertid straks varsle den andre parten skriftlig om hendelsen og årsakene til at den ikke kan oppfylle avtalen. Hvis force majeure-hendelsen varer i en sammenhengende periode på mer enn 30 dager, kan hver av partene si opp denne avtalen ved å gi skriftlig varsel til den andre parten. I slike tilfeller skal ingen av partene være ansvarlig overfor den andre parten for eventuelle skader som oppstår som følge av eller i forbindelse med oppsigelsen av denne avtalen

Varsel ved krav om brudd på opphavsrett
Hvis du mistenker at ditt opphavsrettsbeskyttede verk har blitt krenket, kan du sende inn et varsel om brudd på opphavsretten til Crafebikit. Inkluder kontaktinformasjonen din (telefonnummer, e-postadresse og adresse), en signatur fra eieren av opphavsretten eller en autorisert representant som bekrefter deres autorisasjon, detaljert informasjon om det opphavsrettsbeskyttede verket (inkludert dets plassering på tjenesten), og en erklæring som hevder at du er i god tro om at verket blir brukt uten lovlig autorisasjon. I tillegg må du bekrefte at opplysningene du oppgir, er korrekte

Skadesløsholdelse
Du forplikter deg til å holde Crafebikit, dets mor- og datterselskaper og deres respektive medlemmer, ledere, styremedlemmer, ansatte, agenter, co-branders, innholdslisensgivere og andre partnere skadesløse og beskytte dem mot eventuelle krav, utgifter, skader, søksmål, kostnader, krav, inkludert advokatsalærer og/eller dommer initiert av en tredjepart. Denne skadesløsholdelsen gjelder din upassende bruk av nettstedstilbudet, herunder brudd på opphavsrett eller personvernrettigheter, brudd på denne avtalen, eventuelle tvister mellom deg og Crafebikit og/eller krenkelser av andres rettigheter. Disse bestemmelsene er ment å være til fordel for Crafebikit, dets morselskaper, datterselskaper, tilknyttede selskaper og deres respektive personell, som kan håndheve disse vilkårene direkte mot deg

Tvisteløsning
Avtalen skal behandles som om den var inngått og utført i Republic of Ireland, og den skal styres av og tolkes i samsvar med lovene i Republic of Ireland (uten hensyn til lovkonfliktprinsipper). Hvis du har sendt inn en klage til Crafebikit og finner svaret utilfredsstillende, har du muligheten til å legge frem en tvist for løsning gjennom et tilbud om voldgiftsoppgjør. Denne voldgiftsprosessen vil finne sted på Republic of Ireland med én enkelt voldgiftsdommer. Med mindre det er påbudt av gjeldende lov, vil hver part bære sine egne juridiske kostnader, uavhengig av utfallet av voldgiften. Selv om Crafebikit kan ha rett til å kreve advokatsalær og utgifter hvis de vinner frem i voldgiftssaken, vil de avstå fra å kreve slike honorarer med mindre voldgiftsdommeren anser kravet ditt som useriøst. Videre, i den grad loven tillater det, forplikter du deg til ikke å initiere, slutte deg til eller delta i noe gruppesøksmål relatert til krav, tvister eller kontroverser mot Crafebikit og/eller dets ansatte, ledere, styremedlemmer, medlemmer, representanter og/eller overdragelser. Simply import your data manually and you'll be able to track your daily financial transactions and much more. Receive personalized advice on saving and avoid getting caught in a debt cycle. You can also receive notifications, so you'll never miss a due date again. Through Crafebikit, you'll be able to create a savings plan and establish a budget easier than ever before! No bank account add-ons are needed with our planner. Import all your expense and income information manually, and your banking data will remain confidential. We wanted to make things even simpler for you, so now you can generate financial reports without having to spend a whole day working on them.
Payment Method: the PayPal account, debit card, credit card, or other method used by the User to pay for their Membership. Crafebikit accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Services: Interactive content, encompassing text, audio, video, photographs, graphics, artwork, and other materials accessible through the Subscription.
User: The individual who accesses the Services and provides their Payment Method information.

Subscription
2.1 Registration
In order to use Crafebikit Services you need to complete your subscription by filling out the relevant Form providing your name, phone number, email address, billing address, credit card details (if buying Membership). Your Registration Data must be accurate to ensure its ongoing accuracy. You have the ability to update them at any time through your profile account.
2.2 Fees
You will pay your Subscription based on the country where you're registering at your local currency and/or at the local currency of the country in which Crafebikitis registered. All payments are conducted through a secure SSL encrypted connection, ensuring maximum safety. Prices are subject to change at any time and by continuing to use our services you acknowledge that you accept the new fees. Further you recognize and consent that the card and billing details you furnish are valid and not stolen. These details may be disclosed to a third-party partner, including payment processors and/or acquirers. The handling of payments by other Payment Providers will be governed by their respective terms of service, and assumes no responsibility for your dealings with such Payment Providers or for their actions

Upon registration, the payment method you provided will be automatically charged for the trial period fee and then automatically deducted the complete recurring fee as stated in the plans above. The Membership fee will be automatically deducted from your chosen Payment Method on the specific payment date mentioned in the reminder email. The duration of your billing cycle will vary according to the subscription type you chose upon registration. If there is a failure in collecting the fees you owe (ex. due to lack of funds), you authorize to attempt collection at a later time. Crafebikit and you acknowledge that in such event, the payment date may change. Further, you acknowledge and accept that Crafebikit will not seek additional authorization from you for the recurring payment. All fees must be paid in advance of the services being provided and upon registration, the purchased services will become available to you in accordance with the applicable terms. We have the sole discretion to provide a discount on a subscription payment plan without giving any prior notice.
2.4 Emails
Upon registration you will receive a welcome email. You will also receive an email with the billing information of your order and the invoice of your purchase. A reminder email will also be sent no later than 7 days before your trial period expires and/or immediately after your purchase if the trial period does not exceed the 7 days. You acknowledge that if the trial period is less than 7 days, email with your order and invoice and the reminder email may be sent as one email. If you do not receive our emails to the email provided by you upon your registration, you acknowledge that Crafebikit bears no responsibility and you should contact our support teams at: [email protected].
2.5 Cancellation
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to terminate your Membership with Crafebikit at any time. You can do so by clicking "Cancel Subscription" and following the provided instructions, or by reaching out to the customer support centre. Your account will stay active until the next billing. Access cancellation may also occur due to non- payment. Upon cancellation or termination of your Membership, the user account, operational data, and content will be permanently deleted, recovery will not be possible and you remain liable for any outstanding amounts.
2.6 Refund
You can request a 100% refund from Crafebikit within 14 days of your purchase. However, Membership fees already paid are non-refundable and will be listed on your Payment Method statement with a specific identifier. Exceptions to this policy may be evaluated on an individual basis by the customer support team.
2.7 Termination
Crafebikit has the authority to end your access to its services at any time without prior notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Access termination may also occur for reasons such as non-payment, engagement in service use that may pose a risk to Crafebikit or other users, involvement in illegal or unethical activities that could harm Crafebikit or other users, suspected fraudulent account activity, and participation in any other behaviour deemed unacceptable as outlined on the site or governed by the law.

3.1 Content
Being a member of the Crafebikit website g you can access, download, and engage to a variety of content, including interactive features, text, audio, video, graphics, artwork and photographs. Both Crafebikit and third-party providers contribute to compiling, distributing, and showcasing this content. The accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, and usefulness of this content are the sole responsibility of but Crafebikit bears no responsibility for the accuracy of content provided by third-party providers on the site. There is no assurance from Crafebikit that the posted content and information are up-to-date and suitable and does not undertake the responsibility to actively monitor or regulate such content, although Crafebikit reserves the right to modify and/or remove any part of the content. By using the website, you agree to release Crafebikit from any liability arising from disputes between you and Crafebikit.
3.2 License
With your Membership, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited license to access and use our Services. You acknowledge that reserves the right to terminate your license for any reason. Your usage of the Site Offerings is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to undertake actions that could damage the reputation and goodwill of Crafebikit or expose Crafebikit or its users to any form of harm or liability. You agree to adhere to certain guidelines, such as refraining from violating the privacy rights of other users or collecting personally identifiable information without explicit consent. Crafebikit isn't responsible for internet connection availability or service access during peak times or system malfunctions. They're not liable for damages resulting from service use, such as profit loss, data issues, or business interruption. Crafebikit won't be held liable for any claims beyond a year from the cause of action. You agree to release Crafebikit from liability in any disputes.

Force Majeure
In the event that either party is unable to perform any of its obligations under this agreement because of natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the party invoking this provision, the affected party's performance shall be excused and the time for performance shall be extended for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence. However, the party affected by a force majeure event shall promptly notify the other party in writing of the occurrence and the reasons for its inability to perform. If the force majeure event lasts for a continuous period of more than 30 days, either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the other party. Dispute Resolution
Treating the Agreement as if executed and performed in Republic of Ireland, it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland (without regard to conflict of law principles). In the event that you've submitted a complaint to Crafebikit and find the response unsatisfactory, you have the option to present a dispute for resolution through an arbitration Settlement Offer. This arbitration process will take place in Republic of Ireland with a single arbitrator. Unless mandated by applicable law, each party will bear their own legal costs, irrespective of the outcome of the arbitration. While Crafebikit may be entitled to claim lawyers' fees and expenses if successful in arbitration, they will refrain from seeking such fees unless the arbitrator deems your claim frivolous. Furthermore, to the extent permissible by law, you undertake not to initiate, join, or participate in any class action lawsuit related to any claim, dispute, or controversy against Crafebikit and/or its employees, officers, directors, members, representatives, and/or assigns. You agree to an injunction to cease such a lawsuit or to remove yourself as a participant, and you also agree to cover the legal fees and court costs incurred by Crafebikit in seeking such relief. This provision, preventing your involvement in class action lawsuits: does not waive any of your rights or remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as part of a class action in binding arbitration as outlined above; and constitutes a separate agreement.
