Abonements
2.1 Reģistrācija
Lai izmantotu Crafebikit Pakalpojumus, jums ir jāaizpilda abonēšanas veidlapa, norādot savu vārdu, tālruņa numuru, e-pasta adresi, norēķinu adresi, kredītkartes informāciju (ja iegādājaties Dalību). Jūsu Reģistrācijas datiem jābūt precīziem, lai nodrošinātu to pastāvīgu precizitāti. Jums ir iespēja tos jebkurā laikā atjaunināt, izmantojot savu profila kontu.
2.2 Maksājumi
Jūs maksāsiet Abonēšanas maksu, pamatojoties uz valsti, kurā esat reģistrējies, savā vietējā valūtā un/vai tās valsts vietējā valūtā, kurā ir reģistrēts Crafebikit. Visi maksājumi tiek veikti, izmantojot drošu SSL šifrētu savienojumu, tādējādi nodrošinot maksimālu drošību. Cenas jebkurā laikā var tikt mainītas, un, turpinot izmantot mūsu pakalpojumus, jūs apstiprināt, ka piekrītat jaunajām maksām. Turklāt jūs atzīstat un piekrītat, ka jūsu sniegtā kartes un norēķinu informācija ir derīga un nav nozagta. Šī informācija var tikt izpausta trešās puses partneriem, tostarp maksājumu apstrādātājiem un/vai pieņēmējiem. Citu maksājumu pakalpojumu sniedzēju veikto maksājumu apstrādi regulē to attiecīgie pakalpojumu sniegšanas noteikumi, un neuzņemas nekādu atbildību par jūsu darījumiem ar šādiem maksājumu pakalpojumu sniedzējiem vai par to darbībām

Reģistrējoties no jūsu norādītās maksājumu metodes automātiski tiks iekasēta maksa par izmēģinājuma periodu un pēc tam no tās automātiski tiks atskaitīta visa periodiskā maksa, kā norādīts iepriekš minētajos plānos. Dalības maksa tiks automātiski ieturēta no jūsu izvēlētās maksāšanas metodes konkrētajā maksāšanas datumā, kas norādīts atgādinājuma e-pastā. Norēķinu cikla ilgums būs atkarīgs no abonēšanas veida, ko izvēlējāties reģistrējoties. Ja neizdodas iekasēt maksājumus, kas jums pienākas (piemēram, naudas līdzekļu trūkuma dēļ), jūs pilnvarojat mēģināt iekasēt maksājumus vēlāk. Crafebikit un jūs atzīstat, ka šādā gadījumā maksājuma datums var mainīties. Turklāt jūs atzīstat un piekrītat, ka Crafebikit neprasīs no jums papildu atļauju regulārajam maksājumam. Visas maksas ir jāsamaksā pirms pakalpojumu sniegšanas, un pēc reģistrācijas jums kļūs pieejami iegādātie pakalpojumi saskaņā ar piemērojamajiem noteikumiem. Mums ir tiesības pēc saviem ieskatiem piešķirt atlaidi abonēšanas maksājumu plānam, par to iepriekš nebrīdinot.
2.4 E-pasti
Reģistrējoties jūs saņemsiet sagaidīšanas e-pasta vēstuli. Saņemsiet arī e-pastu ar pasūtījuma norēķinu informāciju un rēķinu par pirkumu. Ne vēlāk kā 7 dienas pirms izmēģinājuma perioda beigām un/vai tūlīt pēc pirkuma, ja izmēģinājuma periods nepārsniedz 7 dienas, tiks nosūtīts arī atgādinājuma e-pasts. Jūs atzīstat, ka, ja izmēģinājuma periods ir īsāks par 7 dienām, e-pasta vēstule ar jūsu pasūtījumu un rēķinu un atgādinājuma e-pasta vēstule var tikt nosūtīta kā viena e-pasta vēstule. Ja jūs nesaņemat mūsu e-pasta vēstules uz e-pasta adresi, ko norādījāt reģistrējoties, jūs atzīstat, ka Crafebikit neuzņemas nekādu atbildību, un jums jāsazinās ar mūsu atbalsta dienestiem pa šādu adresi: [email protected].
2.5 Atcelšana
Ja neesat apmierināts ar savu pirkumu, jums ir iespēja jebkurā laikā izbeigt dalību Crafebikit. To varat izdarīt, noklikšķinot uz "Atcelt abonementu" un sekojot sniegtajiem norādījumiem vai sazinoties ar klientu atbalsta centru. Jūsu konts paliks aktīvs līdz nākamajam rēķinam. Piekļuves atcelšana var notikt arī tāpēc, ka nav veikta samaksa. Atceļot vai pārtraucot dalību, lietotāja konts, operatīvie dati un saturs tiks neatgriezeniski dzēsti, to atgūšana nebūs iespējama, un jūs joprojām būsiet atbildīgs par visām nesamaksātajām summām.
2.6 Atmaksāšana
Jūs varat pieprasīt 100% naudas atmaksu no Crafebikit 14 dienu laikā pēc pirkuma veikšanas. Tomēr jau samaksātā dalības maksa nav atmaksājama, un tā tiks norādīta jūsu maksājuma metodes izrakstā ar īpašu identifikatoru. Izņēmumus no šīs politikas var individuāli izvērtēt klientu atbalsta komanda.
2.7 Izbeigšana
Crafebikit ir tiesības izbeigt jūsu piekļuvi saviem pakalpojumiem jebkurā laikā bez iepriekšēja brīdinājuma, ja jūs pārkāpjat jebkuru šī Līguma noteikumu. Piekļuves pārtraukšana var notikt arī tādu iemeslu dēļ kā, piemēram, ja nav veikta samaksa, iesaistīšanās pakalpojumu izmantošanā, kas var radīt risku Crafebikit vai citiem lietotājiem, iesaistīšanās nelikumīgās vai neētiskās darbībās, kas var kaitēt Crafebikit vai citiem lietotājiem, aizdomas par krāpnieciskām darbībām kontā, kā arī līdzdalība jebkurā citā uzvedībā, kas tiek uzskatīta par nepieņemamu, kā norādīts vietnē vai ko reglamentē likums.

Abonēšanas noteikumi
3.1 Saturs
Būdams tīmekļa vietnes Crafebikit dalībnieks, jūs varat piekļūt, lejupielādēt un iesaistīties dažādos saturos, tostarp interaktīvās funkcijās, tekstā, audio, video, video, grafikā, mākslas darbos un fotogrāfijās. Gan Crafebikit, gan trešo pušu pakalpojumu sniedzēji palīdz apkopot, izplatīt un demonstrēt šo saturu. Par šī satura precizitāti, pilnīgumu, piemērotību un lietderību ir atbildīgs tikai , bet Crafebikit neuzņemas atbildību par trešo personu pakalpojumu sniedzēju vietnē sniegtā satura precizitāti. No Crafebikit puses nav garantijas, ka publicētais saturs un informācija ir aktuāla un piemērota, un neuzņemas atbildību aktīvi uzraudzīt vai regulēt šādu saturu, lai gan Crafebikit patur tiesības mainīt un/vai dzēst jebkuru satura daļu. Izmantojot tīmekļa vietni, jūs piekrītat atbrīvot Crafebikit no jebkādas atbildības, kas izriet no strīdiem starp jums un Crafebikit.
3.2 Licence
Līdz ar dalību jums tiek piešķirta atsaucama, nenododama, neekskluzīva un ierobežota licence piekļūt mūsu Pakalpojumiem un tos izmantot. Jūs atzīstat, ka patur tiesības izbeigt jūsu licences darbību jebkāda iemesla dēļ. Jūs izmantojat Vietnes piedāvājumus tikai personīgiem, nekomerciāliem mērķiem. Jūs piekrītat neveikt darbības, kas varētu kaitēt Crafebikit reputācijai un labai reputācijai vai pakļaut Crafebikit vai tā lietotājus jebkāda veida kaitējumam vai atbildībai. Jūs piekrītat ievērot noteiktas vadlīnijas, piemēram, atturēties no citu lietotāju privātuma tiesību pārkāpšanas vai personas identificējamas informācijas vākšanas bez skaidras piekrišanas. Jūs piekrītat neveidot atvasinātus darbus, nemainīt Pakalpojumus un neizmantot tos kopā ar trešo personu saturu tādā veidā, kas varētu tikt uzskatīts par nelikumīgu, aizskarošu vai krāpniecisku. Turklāt jums ir jāatturas no iesaistīšanās nelikumīgās darbībās, tostarp pikšķerēšanas, kaitīgas rīcības veicināšanas vai jebkādu likumu vai Crafebikit vai jebkuras trešās puses tiesību, piemēram, intelektuālā īpašuma, privātuma vai līgumisko tiesību, pārkāpšanas. Tāpat ir aizliegta personu atveidošana vai struktūru attēlošana nomelnojošā veidā bez skaidra apstiprinājuma. Stingri aizliegta nelikumīga datu vākšana, automatizētu ierīču izmantošana, lai piekļūtu pakalpojumiem vai tos uzraudzītu, autortiesību paziņojumu dzēšana vai mēģinājumi radīt konkurējošus produktus. Visbeidzot, nav atļauts apiet pasākumus, kas ierobežo piekļuvi Crafebikit pakalpojumiem.
3.3 Sociālie plašsaziņas līdzekļi
Vietnē var būt saites, kas novirza uz Crafebikit'sociālo mediju lapām. Crafebikit neuzņemas nekādu atbildību par jebkādām prasībām vai zaudējumiem, kas radušies, izmantojot vai nespējot izmantot sociālo mediju lapas vai sociālo mediju vietnes, jo šīs lapas pastāv trešo pušu tīmekļa vietnēs, un uz tām attiecas noteikumi un vienošanās, kas attiecas uz šīm konkrētajām platformām.

Atteikšanās no garantijām
Mūsu Pakalpojumi tiek sniegti "tādi, kādi tie ir", bez jebkādām garantijām, tostarp netiešām garantijām par komerciālu izmantojamību, piemērotību konkrētam mērķim vai precizitāti. Crafebikit nav atbildīgs par interneta pieslēguma pieejamību vai piekļuvi pakalpojumiem maksimumstundās vai sistēmas darbības traucējumu laikā. Tie nav atbildīgi par pakalpojumu lietošanas rezultātā radītiem zaudējumiem, piemēram, peļņas zaudējumiem, datu problēmām vai uzņēmējdarbības pārtraukšanu. Crafebikit netiks saukti pie atbildības par jebkādām pretenzijām, kas iesniegtas vēlāk nekā gadu pēc darbības cēloņa rašanās. Jūs piekrītat atbrīvot Crafebikit no atbildības jebkādos strīdos.

Crafebikit neuzņemas nekādu atbildību par šo ārējo vietņu saturu un darbību un atsakās no jebkādas atbildības par jebkādiem zaudējumiem vai kaitējumu, kas radies šo saišu izmantošanas rezultātā. Atteikšanās no

Force Majeure
Gadījumā, ja kāda no pusēm nespēj izpildīt kādu no šajā līgumā noteiktajām saistībām dabas katastrofu, kara, terorisma aktu, valdības noteikumu vai citu notikumu dēļ, kurus puse, kas atsaucas uz šo noteikumu, nevar pamatoti kontrolēt, ietekmētās puses saistību izpilde tiek attaisnota, un saistību izpildes laiks tiek pagarināts uz kavējuma vai nespējas izpildīt saistības laiku, kas radies šādu notikumu dēļ. Tomēr pusei, kuru ietekmē nepārvaramas varas apstākļi, nekavējoties rakstiski jāpaziņo otrai pusei par šādu notikumu un iemesliem, kāpēc tā nevar izpildīt līgumu. Strīdu izšķiršana

Crafebikit patur tiesības jebkurā laikā mainīt un grozīt šo Līgumu un Norēķinu noteikumus, publicējot jauno versiju Tīmekļa vietnē. Ja jūs turpināt izmantot mūsu Pakalpojumus, jūs piekrītat, ka jums ir saistošas izmaiņas.

You can also receive notifications, so you'll never miss a due date again. Through Crafebikit, you'll be able to create a savings plan and establish a budget easier than ever before! No bank account add-ons are needed with our planner. Import all your expense and income information manually, and your banking data will remain confidential. We wanted to make things even simpler for you, so now you can generate financial reports without having to spend a whole day working on them.
Payment Method: the PayPal account, debit card, credit card, or other method used by the User to pay for their Membership. Crafebikit accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Services: Interactive content, encompassing text, audio, video, photographs, graphics, artwork, and other materials accessible through the Subscription.
User: The individual who accesses the Services and provides their Payment Method information.

Subscription
2.1 Registration
In order to use Crafebikit Services you need to complete your subscription by filling out the relevant Form providing your name, phone number, email address, billing address, credit card details (if buying Membership). Your Registration Data must be accurate to ensure its ongoing accuracy. You have the ability to update them at any time through your profile account.
2.2 Fees
You will pay your Subscription based on the country where you're registering at your local currency and/or at the local currency of the country in which Crafebikitis registered. All payments are conducted through a secure SSL encrypted connection, ensuring maximum safety. Prices are subject to change at any time and by continuing to use our services you acknowledge that you accept the new fees. Further you recognize and consent that the card and billing details you furnish are valid and not stolen. These details may be disclosed to a third-party partner, including payment processors and/or acquirers. The handling of payments by other Payment Providers will be governed by their respective terms of service, and assumes no responsibility for your dealings with such Payment Providers or for their actions

Upon registration, the payment method you provided will be automatically charged for the trial period fee and then automatically deducted the complete recurring fee as stated in the plans above. The Membership fee will be automatically deducted from your chosen Payment Method on the specific payment date mentioned in the reminder email. The duration of your billing cycle will vary according to the subscription type you chose upon registration. If there is a failure in collecting the fees you owe (ex. due to lack of funds), you authorize to attempt collection at a later time. Crafebikit and you acknowledge that in such event, the payment date may change. Further, you acknowledge and accept that Crafebikit will not seek additional authorization from you for the recurring payment. All fees must be paid in advance of the services being provided and upon registration, the purchased services will become available to you in accordance with the applicable terms. We have the sole discretion to provide a discount on a subscription payment plan without giving any prior notice.
2.4 Emails
Upon registration you will receive a welcome email. You will also receive an email with the billing information of your order and the invoice of your purchase. A reminder email will also be sent no later than 7 days before your trial period expires and/or immediately after your purchase if the trial period does not exceed the 7 days. You acknowledge that if the trial period is less than 7 days, email with your order and invoice and the reminder email may be sent as one email. If you do not receive our emails to the email provided by you upon your registration, you acknowledge that Crafebikit bears no responsibility and you should contact our support teams at: [email protected].
2.5 Cancellation
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to terminate your Membership with Crafebikit at any time. You can do so by clicking "Cancel Subscription" and following the provided instructions, or by reaching out to the customer support centre. Your account will stay active until the next billing. Access cancellation may also occur due to non- payment. Upon cancellation or termination of your Membership, the user account, operational data, and content will be permanently deleted, recovery will not be possible and you remain liable for any outstanding amounts.
2.6 Refund
You can request a 100% refund from Crafebikit within 14 days of your purchase. However, Membership fees already paid are non-refundable and will be listed on your Payment Method statement with a specific identifier. Exceptions to this policy may be evaluated on an individual basis by the customer support team.
2.7 Termination
Crafebikit has the authority to end your access to its services at any time without prior notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Access termination may also occur for reasons such as non-payment, engagement in service use that may pose a risk to Crafebikit or other users, involvement in illegal or unethical activities that could harm Crafebikit or other users, suspected fraudulent account activity, and participation in any other behaviour deemed unacceptable as outlined on the site or governed by the law.

Subscription Terms
3.1 Content
Being a member of the Crafebikit website g you can access, download, and engage to a variety of content, including interactive features, text, audio, video, graphics, artwork and photographs. Both Crafebikit and third-party providers contribute to compiling, distributing, and showcasing this content. The accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, and usefulness of this content are the sole responsibility of but Crafebikit bears no responsibility for the accuracy of content provided by third-party providers on the site. There is no assurance from Crafebikit that the posted content and information are up-to-date and suitable and does not undertake the responsibility to actively monitor or regulate such content, although Crafebikit reserves the right to modify and/or remove any part of the content. By using the website, you agree to release Crafebikit from any liability arising from disputes between you and Crafebikit.

With your Membership, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited license to access and use our Services. You acknowledge that reserves the right to terminate your license for any reason. Your usage of the Site Offerings is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to undertake actions that could damage the reputation and goodwill of Crafebikit or expose Crafebikit or its users to any form of harm or liability. You agree to adhere to certain guidelines, such as refraining from violating the privacy rights of other users or collecting personally identifiable information without explicit consent. You also commit to abstaining from purchasing search engine or pay-per-click keywords associated with Crafebikit, avoiding unethical marketing practices, and using Crafebikit services only through officially supported interfaces. Any reproduction, modification, downloading, adaptation, selling, or reverse engineering of the Services is prohibited. You agree not to create derivative works, alter the Services, or use them in conjunction with third-party content in a manner that could be deemed unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent. Crafebikit isn't responsible for internet connection availability or service access during peak times or system malfunctions. They're not liable for damages resulting from service use, such as profit loss, data issues, or business interruption. Crafebikit won't be held liable for any claims beyond a year from the cause of action. You agree to release Crafebikit from liability in any disputes.

Force Majeure
In the event that either party is unable to perform any of its obligations under this agreement because of natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the party invoking this provision, the affected party's performance shall be excused and the time for performance shall be extended for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence. However, the party affected by a force majeure event shall promptly notify the other party in writing of the occurrence and the reasons for its inability to perform. If the force majeure event lasts for a continuous period of more than 30 days, either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the other party. You commit to indemnify and protect Crafebikit, its parent and subsidiary companies, and their respective members, officers, directors, employees, agents, co-branders, content licensors, and other partners from any claims, expenses, damages, suits, costs, demands, including attorney’s fees, and/or judgments initiated by a third party. This indemnification pertains to your inappropriate use of the Site Offerings, encompassing violations of copyright or privacy rights, breaches of this Agreement, any disputes between you and Crafebikit, and/or infringements on the rights of others. These provisions are intended for the benefit of Crafebikit, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective personnel, who may enforce these terms directly against you

Dispute Resolution
Treating the Agreement as if executed and performed in Republic of Ireland, it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland (without regard to conflict of law principles). In the event that you've submitted a complaint to Crafebikit and find the response unsatisfactory, you have the option to present a dispute for resolution through an arbitration Settlement Offer. This arbitration process will take place in Republic of Ireland with a single arbitrator. Unless mandated by applicable law, each party will bear their own legal costs, irrespective of the outcome of the arbitration. While Crafebikit may be entitled to claim lawyers' fees and expenses if successful in arbitration, they will refrain from seeking such fees unless the arbitrator deems your claim frivolous. Furthermore, to the extent permissible by law, you undertake not to initiate, join, or participate in any class action lawsuit related to any claim, dispute, or controversy against Crafebikit and/or its employees, officers, directors, members, representatives, and/or assigns. You agree to an injunction to cease such a lawsuit or to remove yourself as a participant, and you also agree to cover the legal fees and court costs incurred by Crafebikit in seeking such relief. This provision, preventing your involvement in class action lawsuits: does not waive any of your rights or remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as part of a class action in binding arbitration as outlined above; and constitutes a separate agreement.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will be interpreted according to applicable law.
