1. Mõisted

   Crafebikit: Crafebikit on veebipõhine programm, mis võimaldab kasutajal luua oma veebileht lihtsal ja mängulisel viisil. Selleks ei ole vaja programmeerimisalaseid teadmisi! Crafebikit on nii lihtne, et selle abil saab täiusliku veebilehe luua igaüks, kellel on elementaarsed arvutioskused. Kõik toimub ekraanil. Lihtsalt klõpsake alale, mida soovite muuta, ning avaldage hetkega. Looge veebileht vähem kui 30 minutiga. Pärast registreerimist saate valida oma kodulehe jaoks ainulaadse kujunduse ja seda isikupärastada. Meie programmi abil loodud veebilehed reageerivad automaatselt kõikidele seadmetele ja kohanduvad vastavalt ekraanisuurustele.

   Makseviis: PayPal-konto, deebetkaart, krediitkaart või muu meetod, mida kasutaja kasutab oma liikmesuse eest tasumiseks. Crafebikit aktsepteerib Visa ja Mastercard'i.

   Teenused: Interaktiivne sisu, mis hõlmab teksti, heli, videot, fotosid, graafikat, kunstiteoseid ja muid materjale, millele on juurdepääs Tellimuse kaudu.

2. Tellimus

   2.1 Registreerimine

   Selleks, et kasutada Crafebikit teenuseid, peate te täitma oma tellimuse, täites asjakohase vormi ja esitades oma nime, telefoninumbri, e-posti aadressi, arveldusaadressi ja krediitkaardi andmed (kui ostate liikmeksoleku). Teie registreerimisandmed peavad olema täpsed, et tagada nende pidev õigsus. Teil on võimalus neid igal ajal oma profiilikonto kaudu uuendada.

   2.2 Tasud

   Te maksate oma Tellimuse eest vastavalt riigile, kus te registreerite, oma kohalikus valuutas ja/või selle riigi kohalikus valuutas, kus Crafebikiton registreeritud. Kõik maksed toimuvad turvalise SSL-krüpteeritud ühenduse kaudu, mis tagab maksimaalse turvalisuse. Hinnad võivad igal ajal muutuda ja meie teenuste kasutamise jätkamisega kinnitate, et nõustute uute tasudega. Lisaks tunnistate ja nõustute, et teie poolt esitatud kaardi ja arveldusandmed on kehtivad ja ei ole varastatud. Need andmed võidakse avaldada kolmandatele partneritele, sealhulgas maksetöötlejatele ja/või vastuvõtjatele. Muude makseteenuse pakkujate poolt tehtavate maksete käsitlemist reguleerivad nende vastavad teenusetingimused ning ei võta vastutust teie suhtluse eest selliste makseteenuse pakkujatega ega nende tegevuse eest

   2.3 Arveldamine

   Registreerimisel võetakse teie poolt esitatud makseviisilt automaatselt prooviperioodi tasu ja seejärel lahutatakse automaatselt kogu korduv tasu, nagu on märgitud eespool toodud plaanides. Liikmelisuse tasu arvatakse automaatselt maha teie valitud makseviisilt meeldetuletusmeilis märgitud konkreetsel maksekuupäeval. Teie arveldustsükli kestus sõltub registreerimisel valitud liitumistüübist. Kui teie võlgnetavate tasude kogumine ebaõnnestub (nt rahaliste vahendite puudumise tõttu), volitate üritama kogumist hiljem. Crafebikit ja tunnistate, et sellisel juhul võib maksekuupäev muutuda. Lisaks tunnistate ja nõustute, et Crafebikit ei küsi teilt korduva makse jaoks täiendavat luba. Kõik tasud tuleb tasuda enne teenuste osutamist ja pärast registreerimist muutuvad ostetud teenused teile kättesaadavaks vastavalt kehtivatele tingimustele. Meil on ainuõigus pakkuda tellimusmaksete plaani puhul allahindlust ilma eelneva etteteatamiseta.

   2.4 E-kirjad

   Registreerimisel saate tervitussõnumi. Samuti saate e-kirja oma tellimuse arveldusandmete ja ostuarvega. Hiljemalt 7 päeva enne prooviperioodi lõppu ja/või kohe pärast ostu sooritamist saadetakse teile ka meeldetuletusmeil, kui prooviperiood ei ületa 7 päeva. Te tunnistate, et kui prooviperiood on lühem kui 7 päeva, võidakse teie tellimuse ja arve ning meeldetuletusmeil saata ühe e-kirjana. Kui te ei saa meie e-kirju teie poolt registreerimisel esitatud e-posti aadressile, tunnistate, et Crafebikit ei kanna mingit vastutust ja te peaksite võtma ühendust meie tugimeeskonnaga aadressil: [email protected].

   2.5 Tühistamine

   Kui te ei ole oma ostuga rahul, on teil võimalus oma liikmelisus Crafebikit igal ajal lõpetada. Seda saate teha, klõpsates "Tühista tellimus" ja järgides ettenähtud juhiseid või võttes ühendust klienditoe keskusega. Teie konto jääb aktiivseks kuni järgmise arvelduseni. Juurdepääsu tühistamine võib toimuda ka maksmata jätmise tõttu. Liikmelisuse tühistamise või lõpetamise korral kustutatakse kasutajakonto, kasutusandmed ja sisu lõplikult, taastamine ei ole võimalik ja te jääte vastutavaks kõigi tasumata summade eest.

   2.6 Hüvitamine

   Te võite taotleda 100% tagasimakset Crafebikit 14 päeva jooksul pärast ostu sooritamist. Juba makstud liikmemaksu ei saa siiski tagasi maksta ja see märgitakse teie makseviisi väljavõttel konkreetse tunnusega. Erandeid sellest poliitikast võib klienditoe meeskond hinnata individuaalselt.

   2.7 Lõpetamine

   Crafebikit on õigus lõpetada teie juurdepääs oma teenustele igal ajal ilma eelneva etteteatamiseta, kui te rikute käesoleva lepingu mis tahes sätet. Juurdepääsu võib lõpetada ka sellistel põhjustel nagu maksmata jätmine, osalemine teenuse kasutamises, mis võib ohustada Crafebikit või teisi kasutajaid, osalemine ebaseaduslikus või ebaeetilises tegevuses, mis võib kahjustada Crafebikit või teisi kasutajaid, pettuse kahtlus kontotegevuses ja osalemine mis tahes muus käitumises, mida peetakse vastuvõetamatuks, nagu on kirjeldatud saidil või reguleeritud seadusega.

3. Tellimuse tingimused

   3.1 Sisu

   Veebisaidi Crafebikit liikmena saate juurdepääsu, alla laadida ja kasutada mitmesugust sisu, sealhulgas interaktiivseid funktsioone, teksti, heli, videot, graafikat, kunstiteoseid ja fotosid. Nii Crafebikit kui ka kolmandad osapooled aitavad kaasa selle sisu koostamisele, levitamisele ja tutvustamisele. Selle sisu täpsuse, täielikkuse, asjakohasuse ja kasulikkuse eest vastutab ainult , kuid Crafebikit ei vastuta kolmandate isikute poolt veebilehel pakutava sisu täpsuse eest. Crafebikit ei taga, et avaldatud sisu ja teave on ajakohane ja sobiv ning ei võta endale vastutust sellise sisu aktiivse jälgimise või reguleerimise eest, kuigi Crafebikit jätab endale õiguse muuta ja/või eemaldada mis tahes osa sisust. Veebisaidi kasutamisega nõustute vabastama Crafebikit igasugusest vastutusest, mis tuleneb teie ja Crafebikit vahelistest vaidlustest.

   3.2 Litsents

   Liikmelisusega antakse teile tühistatav, mitteülekantav, mitteeksklusiivne ja piiratud litsents meie teenustele juurdepääsuks ja nende kasutamiseks. Te tunnistate, et jätab endale õiguse teie litsentsi mis tahes põhjusel lõpetada. Saidipakkumiste kasutamine on rangelt isiklikuks, mitteäriliseks otstarbeks. Te nõustute, et te ei võta ette tegevusi, mis võivad kahjustada Crafebikit mainet ja head tahet või seada Crafebikit või selle kasutajaid mis tahes liiki kahjule või vastutusele. Te nõustute järgima teatud suuniseid, näiteks hoiduma teiste kasutajate privaatsusõiguste rikkumisest või isikuandmete kogumisest ilma selgesõnalise nõusolekuta. Samuti kohustute hoiduma Crafebikit seotud otsingumootori või pay-per-click märksõnade ostmisest, vältima ebaeetilisi turundustavasid ja kasutama Crafebikit teenuseid ainult ametlikult toetatud liideste kaudu. Teenuste igasugune reprodutseerimine, muutmine, allalaadimine, kohandamine, müümine või tagasipööramine on keelatud. Te nõustute, et te ei loo tuletatud teoseid, ei muuda teenuseid ega kasuta neid koos kolmandate isikute sisuga viisil, mida võidakse pidada ebaseaduslikuks, solvavaks või petturlikuks. Lisaks sellele peate hoiduma ebaseaduslikust tegevusest, sealhulgas andmepüügist, kahjuliku käitumise edendamisest või Crafebikit või kolmandate isikute seaduste või õiguste, näiteks intellektuaalomandi, eraelu puutumatuse või lepinguõiguste rikkumisest. Keelatud on ka kehastamine või üksuste halvustav kujutamine ilma selgesõnalise nõusolekuta. Rangelt keelatud on ebaseaduslik andmekogumine, automatiseeritud seadmete kasutamine teenustele juurdepääsuks või nende jälgimiseks, autoriõiguse märkuste eemaldamine või katsed luua konkureerivaid tooteid. Lõpuks ei ole lubatud ka Crafebikit teenustele juurdepääsu piiravatest meetmetest kõrvalehoidmine.

   3.3 Sotsiaalmeedia

   Saidil võivad olla lingid, mis viivad Crafebikit's sotsiaalmeedia lehekülgedele. Crafebikit ei vastuta mis tahes nõuete või kahjude eest, mis tulenevad sotsiaalmeedia lehekülgede või sotsiaalmeedia veebilehtede kasutamisest või mittekasutamisest, kuna need leheküljed asuvad kolmandate isikute veebilehtedel ja on seotud nende konkreetsete platvormide suhtes kohaldatavate tingimuste ja kokkulepetega.

4. Intellektuaalne omand

   Crafebikit teenuste kaudu kättesaadav sisu on kaitstud kehtivate intellektuaalse omandi, autoriõiguse ja kaubamärgiseadustega. Ainuüksi sisu vaatamine ei anna omandiõigust ja mis tahes teave või materjal, mis on avaldatud saidi pakkumiste kaudu, ei tähenda loobumist nendest õigustest. Kõik õigused, mida käesolevas lepingus ei ole selgesõnaliselt antud, kuuluvad kas Crafebikit või selle litsentsiandjatele, jäävad ja selle litsentsiandjatele.

5. Garantiidest loobumine

   Meie teenuseid osutatakse "nagu on", ilma igasuguste garantiideta, sealhulgas kaudsed garantiid kaubeldavuse, sobivuse või täpsuse kohta. Crafebikit ei garanteeri Teenuste täielikkust, kvaliteeti, usaldusväärsust ega turvalisust. Ei ole mingit garantiid, et need vastavad teie vajadustele, vastavad seadustele või on vabad viirustest või vigadest. Crafebikit ei vastuta internetiühenduse kättesaadavuse või teenuse kättesaadavuse eest tipptundidel või süsteemi rikete ajal. Nad ei vastuta teenuste kasutamisest tulenevate kahjude eest, näiteks kasumi vähenemise, andmeprobleemide või äritegevuse katkemise eest. Crafebikit ei vastuta ühegi nõude eest pärast aasta möödumist nõude tekkimise põhjusest. Te nõustute vabastama Crafebikit vastutusest mis tahes vaidluste korral.

6. Privaatsus ja rahapesuvastane poliitika

   6.1 Privaatsuspoliitika

   Crafebikit teenuste teatud aspektid nõuavad isiklike andmete kogumist või kasutamist, sealhulgas andmeid kasutajate või nende tegevuse ja navigeerimise kohta Crafebikit teenustes. Täpsemalt, kõik teie poolt esitatud materjalid, nagu näiteks registreerimisandmed ja tagasiside, kuuluvad privaatsuspoliitika alla. Soovitatav on lugeda kolmandate isikute teenuste privaatsusavaldust ja asjakohaseid poliitikaid, et mõista nende kasutamispraktikaid ja andmete kogumist.    6.2 Rahapesuvastane poliitika

   Crafebikit järgib korruptsiooni-, altkäemaksu- ja rahapesuvastaseid seadusi. Tunnistate kohustust järgida kohaldatavaid seadusi, sealhulgas kohalikke ja föderaalseid seadusi, ELi direktiive, määrusi, ÜRO konventsiooni ja muid kohaldatavaid seadusi.

7. Välislingid

   Meie veebisait võib sisaldada reklaamlinke teistele veebisaitidele, mida haldavad kolmandad osapooled. Te tunnistate, et Crafebikit ei kontrolli nendel välistel veebisaitidel pakutavat teavet, tooteid või teenuseid. Crafebikit ei võta vastutust ega ole vastutav nende väliste veebisaitide sisu ja tegevuse eest ning ei vastuta mis tahes kahjude või kahjude eest, mis tulenevad nende linkide kasutamisest. Te olete ise vastutav kõikide riskide eest, mis on seotud nende linkide külastamisega.

8. Opt-Outs

Kui loobumissoov on saadud, lõpetab saatev osapool viivitamata reklaammeilide saatmise määratud e-posti aadressile. Pange tähele, et reklaamsõnumitest loobumine ei takista vastuvõtvat osapoolt saamast käesoleva lepingu alusel pakutavate teenustega seotud olulisi teateid.

9. Vääramatu jõud

   Kui üks pool ei saa täita käesolevast lepingust tulenevaid kohustusi loodusõnnetuste, sõja, terroriaktide, valitsuse määruste või mis tahes muu sündmuse tõttu, mis on väljaspool selle poole mõistlikku kontrolli, kes sellele sättele tugineb, vabastatakse mõjutatud pool täitmisest ja täitmise tähtaega pikendatakse selle aja võrra, mil ta on hilinenud või võimetu täitma, mis on tingitud sellisest sündmusest. Vääramatu jõu tõttu kannatanud pool teatab teisele poolele viivitamata kirjalikult sellest sündmusest ja selle põhjustest, miks ta ei saa oma kohustusi täita. 10. Teade autoriõiguste rikkumise kohta

    Kui te kahtlustate, et teie autoriõigusega kaitstud teost on rikutud, võite esitada autoriõiguse rikkumise teate aadressil Crafebikit. Lisage oma kontaktandmed (telefoninumber, e-posti aadress ja aadress), autoriõiguse omaniku või volitatud esindaja allkiri, mis kinnitab tema volitusi, üksikasjalik teave autoriõigusega kaitstud teose kohta (sealhulgas selle asukoht teenuses) ja avaldus, milles kinnitate oma heauskset veendumust, et teost kasutatakse ilma seadusliku loata. 11. Hüvitamine

    Te kohustute hüvitama ja kaitsma Crafebikit, selle ema- ja tütarettevõtteid ning nende vastavaid liikmeid, ametnikke, direktoreid, töötajaid, agente, kaasbrändereid, sisulitsentside andjaid ja muid partnereid mis tahes nõuete, kulude, kahjude, hagide, kulude, nõuete, sealhulgas advokaaditasude ja/või kolmandate isikute poolt algatatud kohtuotsuste eest. 1. Definitions

   Crafebikit: Crafebikit is an online personal financial planner that allows you to organize your finances. Simply import your data manually and you'll be able to track your daily financial transactions and much more. Receive personalized advice on saving and avoid getting caught in a debt cycle. You can also receive notifications, so you'll never miss a due date again. Through Crafebikit, you'll be able to create a savings plan and establish a budget easier than ever before! No bank account add-ons are needed with our planner. Import all your expense and income information manually, and your banking data will remain confidential. We wanted to make things even simpler for you, so now you can generate financial reports without having to spend a whole day working on them.

   Payment Method: the PayPal account, debit card, credit card, or other method used by the User to pay for their Membership. Crafebikit accepts Visa and Mastercard.

   Services: Interactive content, encompassing text, audio, video, photographs, graphics, artwork, and other materials accessible through the Subscription.

   User: The individual who accesses the Services and provides their Payment Method information.

2. Subscription

   2.1 Registration

   In order to use Crafebikit Services you need to complete your subscription by filling out the relevant Form providing your name, phone number, email address, billing address, credit card details (if buying Membership). Your Registration Data must be accurate to ensure its ongoing accuracy. You have the ability to update them at any time through your profile account.

   2.2 Fees

   You will pay your Subscription based on the country where you're registering at your local currency and/or at the local currency of the country in which Crafebikitis registered. All payments are conducted through a secure SSL encrypted connection, ensuring maximum safety. Prices are subject to change at any time and by continuing to use our services you acknowledge that you accept the new fees. Further you recognize and consent that the card and billing details you furnish are valid and not stolen. These details may be disclosed to a third-party partner, including payment processors and/or acquirers. The handling of payments by other Payment Providers will be governed by their respective terms of service, and assumes no responsibility for your dealings with such Payment Providers or for their actions

   2.3 Invoicing

   Upon registration, the payment method you provided will be automatically charged for the trial period fee and then automatically deducted the complete recurring fee as stated in the plans above. The Membership fee will be automatically deducted from your chosen Payment Method on the specific payment date mentioned in the reminder email. The duration of your billing cycle will vary according to the subscription type you chose upon registration. If there is a failure in collecting the fees you owe (ex. due to lack of funds), you authorize to attempt collection at a later time. Crafebikit and you acknowledge that in such event, the payment date may change. Further, you acknowledge and accept that Crafebikit will not seek additional authorization from you for the recurring payment. All fees must be paid in advance of the services being provided and upon registration, the purchased services will become available to you in accordance with the applicable terms. We have the sole discretion to provide a discount on a subscription payment plan without giving any prior notice.

   2.4 Emails

   Upon registration you will receive a welcome email. You will also receive an email with the billing information of your order and the invoice of your purchase. A reminder email will also be sent no later than 7 days before your trial period expires and/or immediately after your purchase if the trial period does not exceed the 7 days. You acknowledge that if the trial period is less than 7 days, email with your order and invoice and the reminder email may be sent as one email. If you do not receive our emails to the email provided by you upon your registration, you acknowledge that Crafebikit bears no responsibility and you should contact our support teams at: [email protected].

   2.5 Cancellation

   If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to terminate your Membership with Crafebikit at any time. You can do so by clicking "Cancel Subscription" and following the provided instructions, or by reaching out to the customer support centre. Your account will stay active until the next billing. Access cancellation may also occur due to non- payment. Upon cancellation or termination of your Membership, the user account, operational data, and content will be permanently deleted, recovery will not be possible and you remain liable for any outstanding amounts.

   2.6 Refund

   You can request a 100% refund from Crafebikit within 14 days of your purchase. However, Membership fees already paid are non-refundable and will be listed on your Payment Method statement with a specific identifier. Exceptions to this policy may be evaluated on an individual basis by the customer support team.

   2.7 Termination

   Crafebikit has the authority to end your access to its services at any time without prior notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Access termination may also occur for reasons such as non-payment, engagement in service use that may pose a risk to Crafebikit or other users, involvement in illegal or unethical activities that could harm Crafebikit or other users, suspected fraudulent account activity, and participation in any other behaviour deemed unacceptable as outlined on the site or governed by the law.

3. Subscription Terms

   3.1 Content

   Being a member of the Crafebikit website g you can access, download, and engage to a variety of content, including interactive features, text, audio, video, graphics, artwork and photographs. Both Crafebikit and third-party providers contribute to compiling, distributing, and showcasing this content. The accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, and usefulness of this content are the sole responsibility of but Crafebikit bears no responsibility for the accuracy of content provided by third-party providers on the site. There is no assurance from Crafebikit that the posted content and information are up-to-date and suitable and does not undertake the responsibility to actively monitor or regulate such content, although Crafebikit reserves the right to modify and/or remove any part of the content. By using the website, you agree to release Crafebikit from any liability arising from disputes between you and Crafebikit.

   3.2 License

   With your Membership, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited license to access and use our Services. You acknowledge that reserves the right to terminate your license for any reason. Your usage of the Site Offerings is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to undertake actions that could damage the reputation and goodwill of Crafebikit or expose Crafebikit or its users to any form of harm or liability. You agree to adhere to certain guidelines, such as refraining from violating the privacy rights of other users or collecting personally identifiable information without explicit consent. You also commit to abstaining from purchasing search engine or pay-per-click keywords associated with Crafebikit, avoiding unethical marketing practices, and using Crafebikit services only through officially supported interfaces. Any reproduction, modification, downloading, adaptation, selling, or reverse engineering of the Services is prohibited. You agree not to create derivative works, alter the Services, or use them in conjunction with third-party content in a manner that could be deemed unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent. Furthermore, you must refrain from engaging in illegal activities, including phishing, promoting harmful conduct, or violating any law or rights of Crafebikit or any third party, such as intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights. Impersonation or portraying entities in a disparaging manner without explicit approval is also prohibited. Illegal data collection, using automated devices to access or monitor services, removing copyright notices, or attempting to create competitive products are strictly prohibited. Lastly, circumventing measures restricting access to Crafebikit services is not permitted.

   3.3 Social Media

   The Site might have links directing to Crafebikit's Social Media Pages. Crafebikit bears no liability for any claims or damages arising from your use or inability to use the Social Media Pages or Social Media Websites as the pages exist on third-party websites and are bound by the terms and agreements applicable to those specific platforms.

4. Intellectual Property

   The content accessible through Crafebikit services, is protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws. Merely viewing the content does not confer ownership rights, and any information or material posted through the site offerings does not indicate a waiver of these rights. All rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement, whether belonging to Crafebikit or its licensors, are retained by and its licensors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

   Our Services are provided "As Is," without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. Crafebikit doesn't guarantee completeness, quality, reliability, or security of the Services. There's no assurance they'll suit your needs, comply with laws, or be free from viruses or errors. Crafebikit isn't responsible for internet connection availability or service access during peak times or system malfunctions. They're not liable for damages resulting from service use, such as profit loss, data issues, or business interruption. Crafebikit won't be held liable for any claims beyond a year from the cause of action. You agree to release Crafebikit from liability in any disputes.

6. Privacy and Anti-Money Laundry Policy

   6.1 Privacy Policy

   Certain aspects of Crafebikit services require the collection or use of personally identifying information, including data about users or their activities and navigation within the Crafebikit services. Specifically, any materials you submit, such as Registration Data and Feedback, are subject to the Privacy Policy. It is recommended to read the Privacy Statement and relevant policies of Third Party Services to understand their usage practices and data collection.    6.2 Anti-Money Laundry Policy

   Crafebikit adheres to anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and anti-money laundering laws. You acknowledge the obligation to comply with applicable laws, including local and federal laws, EU directives, regulations, the UN Convention, and other applicable laws.

   Our Website may feature advertising links to other websites operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Crafebikit lacks control over the information, products, or services offered on these external websites. Crafebikit assumes no responsibility or liability for the content and operations of these external sites and disclaims any responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from your use of these links. You are accountable for any risks associated with navigating to these links.

8. Opt-Outs

   At any time, you have the option to opt out of receiving promotional emails and marketing communications from the sending party. You can exercise this right by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link provided in the footer of the email or by contacting the sending party directly. Once the opt-out request is received, the sending party will promptly cease sending promotional emails to the specified email address. Please note that opting out of promotional emails does not preclude the receiving party from receiving essential communications related to the services provided under this agreement.

9. Force Majeure

   In the event that either party is unable to perform any of its obligations under this agreement because of natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the party invoking this provision, the affected party's performance shall be excused and the time for performance shall be extended for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence. However, the party affected by a force majeure event shall promptly notify the other party in writing of the occurrence and the reasons for its inability to perform. If the force majeure event lasts for a continuous period of more than 30 days, either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the other party. In such case, neither party shall be liable to the other for any damages arising out of or in connection with the termination of this agreement.

10. Notice for Claims of Copyright Violations

    If you suspect that your copyrighted work has been violated, you can submit a copyright infringement notice to Crafebikit. Include your contact information (phone number, email address, and address), a signature from the copyright owner or an authorized representative confirming their authorization, detailed information about the copyrighted work (including its location on the service), and a statement asserting your good faith belief that the work is being used without lawful authorization. 11. Indemnification

    You commit to indemnify and protect Crafebikit, its parent and subsidiary companies, and their respective members, officers, directors, employees, agents, co-branders, content licensors, and other partners from any claims, expenses, damages, suits, costs, demands, including attorney’s fees, and/or judgments initiated by a third party. This indemnification pertains to your inappropriate use of the Site Offerings, encompassing violations of copyright or privacy rights, breaches of this Agreement, any disputes between you and Crafebikit, and/or infringements on the rights of others. These provisions are intended for the benefit of Crafebikit, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective personnel, who may enforce these terms directly against you

12. Dispute Resolution

    Treating the Agreement as if executed and performed in Republic of Ireland, it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland (without regard to conflict of law principles). In the event that you've submitted a complaint to Crafebikit and find the response unsatisfactory, you have the option to present a dispute for resolution through an arbitration Settlement Offer. This arbitration process will take place in Republic of Ireland with a single arbitrator. Unless mandated by applicable law, each party will bear their own legal costs, irrespective of the outcome of the arbitration. While Crafebikit may be entitled to claim lawyers' fees and expenses if successful in arbitration, they will refrain from seeking such fees unless the arbitrator deems your claim frivolous. Furthermore, to the extent permissible by law, you undertake not to initiate, join, or participate in any class action lawsuit related to any claim, dispute, or controversy against Crafebikit and/or its employees, officers, directors, members, representatives, and/or assigns. You agree to an injunction to cease such a lawsuit or to remove yourself as a participant, and you also agree to cover the legal fees and court costs incurred by Crafebikit in seeking such relief. This provision, preventing your involvement in class action lawsuits: does not waive any of your rights or remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as part of a class action in binding arbitration as outlined above; and constitutes a separate agreement.

    This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of our Services.
