Tiesiog paspauskite ant vietos, kurią norite redaguoti ir viskas bus iš karto paskelbta. Sukurkite interneto svetainę greičiau nei per 30 minučių. Užsiregistravę galėsite pasirinkti unikalų savo svetainės maketą ir jį individualizuoti. Visos nės rnetiintesvetainės, sukurtos naudojant mūsų redaktorių, automatiškai prisitaiko visuose įrenginiuose ir visų dydžių ekranuose.

   Mokėjimo būdas: "PayPal" sąskaita, debeto kortelė, kredito kortelė ar kitas būdas, kurį Naudotojas naudoja mokėdamas už savo Narystę. Crafebikit priima "Visa" ir "Mastercard".

2. Prenumerata

   2.1 Registracija

   Kad galėtumėte naudotis Crafebikit Paslaugomis, turite užpildyti prenumeratą, užpildydami atitinkamą formą ir nurodydami savo vardą, pavardę, telefono numerį, el. pašto adresą, sąskaitos išrašymo adresą, kredito kortelės duomenis (jei perkate Narystę). Jūsų Registracijos duomenys turi būti tikslūs, kad būtų užtikrintas nuolatinis jų tikslumas. Turite galimybę juos bet kada atnaujinti savo profilio paskyroje.

   2.2 Mokesčiai

   Už Prenumeratą mokėsite pagal šalies, kurioje registruojatės, vietinę valiutą ir (arba) šalies, kurioje registruota svetainė Crafebikit, vietinę valiutą. Visi mokėjimai atliekami per saugų SSL šifruotą ryšį, todėl užtikrinamas maksimalus saugumas. Kainos gali būti bet kada keičiamos, o toliau naudodamiesi mūsų paslaugomis patvirtinate, kad sutinkate su naujais mokesčiais. Be to, jūs pripažįstate ir sutinkate, kad jūsų pateikti kortelės ir atsiskaitymo duomenys yra galiojantys ir nėra pavogti. Šie duomenys gali būti atskleisti trečiosios šalies partneriui, įskaitant mokėjimų tvarkytojus ir (arba) pirkėjus.    2.3 Sąskaitų išrašymas

   Užsiregistravus, iš jūsų nurodyto mokėjimo būdo bus automatiškai nuskaičiuotas bandomojo laikotarpio mokestis, o tada automatiškai nuskaičiuotas visas periodinis mokestis, kaip nurodyta pirmiau pateiktuose planuose. Narystės mokestis bus automatiškai išskaičiuotas iš jūsų pasirinkto mokėjimo būdo konkrečią mokėjimo dieną, nurodytą priminimo el. laiške. Atsiskaitymo ciklo trukmė skirsis priklausomai nuo prenumeratos tipo, kurį pasirinkote registruodamiesi. Jei nepavyksta išieškoti mokėtinų mokesčių (pvz., dėl lėšų trūkumo), jūs įgaliojate bandyti išieškoti mokesčius vėliau. Crafebikit ir jūs pripažįstate, kad tokiu atveju mokėjimo data gali pasikeisti. Be to, jūs pripažįstate ir sutinkate, kad Crafebikit neprašys iš jūsų papildomo leidimo atlikti periodinį mokėjimą. Visi mokesčiai turi būti sumokėti iš anksto prieš pradedant teikti paslaugas, o užsiregistravus, įsigytomis paslaugomis galėsite naudotis pagal galiojančias sąlygas. Mes turime teisę savo nuožiūra suteikti nuolaidą prenumeratos mokėjimo planui iš anksto apie tai nepranešę.

   2.4 el. laiškai

   Užsiregistravę gausite sveikinimo el. laišką. Taip pat gausite el. laišką su užsakymo atsiskaitymo informacija ir pirkimo sąskaita faktūra. Taip pat ne vėliau kaip likus 7 dienoms iki bandomojo laikotarpio pabaigos ir (arba) iš karto po pirkimo, jei bandomasis laikotarpis neviršija 7 dienų, bus išsiųstas priminimo el. laiškas. Jūs pripažįstate, kad jei bandomasis laikotarpis yra trumpesnis nei 7 dienos, el. laiškas su jūsų užsakymu ir sąskaita faktūra bei priminimo el. laiškas gali būti siunčiami kaip vienas el. laiškas. Jei negaunate mūsų el. laiškų į el. paštą, kurį nurodėte registruodamiesi, pripažįstate, kad Crafebikit neprisiima jokios atsakomybės, ir turėtumėte susisiekti su mūsų pagalbos komandomis šiuo adresu: [email protected].

   2.5 Atšaukimas

   Jei esate nepatenkinti savo pirkiniu, turite galimybę bet kuriuo metu nutraukti savo narystę Crafebikit. Tai galite padaryti spustelėję "Nutraukti prenumeratą" ir vadovaudamiesi pateiktomis instrukcijomis arba kreipdamiesi į klientų aptarnavimo centrą. Jūsų paskyra liks aktyvi iki kito atsiskaitymo. Prieiga taip pat gali būti panaikinta dėl nemokėjimo. Panaikinus arba nutraukus Narystę, naudotojo paskyra, operaciniai duomenys ir turinys bus visam laikui ištrinti, jų susigrąžinti nebus įmanoma, o jūs liksite atsakingi už visas nesumokėtas sumas.

   2.6 Grąžinimas

   Per 14 dienų nuo įsigijimo galite prašyti 100 % grąžinti pinigus iš Crafebikit. Tačiau jau sumokėti Narystės mokesčiai negrąžinami ir bus nurodyti jūsų mokėjimo būdo išraše su konkrečiu identifikatoriumi. Šios politikos išimtis klientų aptarnavimo komanda gali vertinti individualiai.

   2.7 Sutarties nutraukimas

   Crafebikit turi teisę bet kuriuo metu nutraukti jūsų prieigą prie savo paslaugų be išankstinio įspėjimo, jei pažeidžiate bet kurią šios Sutarties nuostatą. Prieiga taip pat gali būti nutraukta dėl tokių priežasčių, kaip nemokėjimas, dalyvavimas naudojantis paslaugomis, kurios gali kelti pavojų Crafebikit ar kitiems naudotojams, dalyvavimas neteisėtoje ar neetiškoje veikloje, kuri gali pakenkti Crafebikit ar kitiems naudotojams, įtariama sukčiavimo veikla paskyroje ir dalyvavimas bet kokiame kitame elgesyje, kuris laikomas nepriimtinu, kaip nurodyta svetainėje ar reglamentuojama įstatymų.

3. Prenumeratos sąlygos

   3.1 Turinys

Prie šio turinio rinkimo, platinimo ir demonstravimo prisideda ir Crafebikit, ir trečiųjų šalių paslaugų teikėjai. Už šio turinio tikslumą, išsamumą, tinkamumą ir naudingumą atsako tik , tačiau Crafebikit neprisiima atsakomybės už trečiųjų šalių teikėjų svetainėje pateikto turinio tikslumą. Crafebikit neužtikrina, kad skelbiamas turinys ir informacija yra naujausi ir tinkami, ir neprisiima atsakomybės aktyviai stebėti ar reguliuoti tokį turinį, nors Crafebikit pasilieka teisę keisti ir (arba) pašalinti bet kurią turinio dalį. Naudodamiesi svetaine, jūs sutinkate atleisti Crafebikit nuo bet kokios atsakomybės, kylančios dėl ginčų tarp jūsų ir Crafebikit.

   3.2 Licencija

   Kartu su Naryste jums suteikiama atšaukiama, neperleidžiama, neišimtinė ir ribota licencija naudotis mūsų Paslaugomis ir jomis naudotis. Jūs pripažįstate, kad pasilieka teisę nutraukti jūsų licencijos galiojimą dėl bet kokios priežasties. Jūsų naudojimasis Svetainės pasiūlymais skirtas tik asmeniniams, nekomerciniams tikslams. Jūs sutinkate nesiimti veiksmų, kurie galėtų pakenkti Crafebikit reputacijai ir geram vardui arba sukelti Crafebikit ar jos naudotojams bet kokią žalą ar atsakomybę. Jūs sutinkate laikytis tam tikrų gairių, pavyzdžiui, susilaikyti nuo kitų naudotojų privatumo teisių pažeidimo ar asmeninės informacijos rinkimo be aiškaus sutikimo. Taip pat įsipareigojate nepirkti su Crafebikit susijusių raktažodžių paieškos sistemose ar mokamų raktažodžių už paspaudimą, vengti neetiškos rinkodaros praktikos ir naudotis Crafebikit paslaugomis tik per oficialiai palaikomas sąsajas. Draudžiama bet koks Paslaugų atgaminimas, modifikavimas, atsisiuntimas, pritaikymas, pardavimas ar atvirkštinė inžinerija. Jūs sutinkate nekurti išvestinių kūrinių, nekeisti Paslaugų ir nenaudoti jų kartu su trečiųjų šalių turiniu tokiu būdu, kuris galėtų būti laikomas neteisėtu, įžeidžiančiu ar nesąžiningu. Be to, privalote susilaikyti nuo neteisėtos veiklos, įskaitant sukčiavimą, kenksmingo elgesio skatinimą arba bet kokių įstatymų ar Crafebikit ar bet kurios trečiosios šalies teisių, pavyzdžiui, intelektinės nuosavybės, privatumo ar sutartinių teisių, pažeidimą. Taip pat draudžiama be aiškaus sutikimo apsimesti asmeniu arba vaizduoti subjektus žeminančiu būdu. Griežtai draudžiama rinkti neteisėtus duomenis, naudoti automatizuotus prietaisus prieigai prie paslaugų ar jų stebėjimui, šalinti pranešimus apie autorių teises ar bandyti kurti konkurencingus produktus. Galiausiai draudžiama apeiti priemones, ribojančias prieigą prie Crafebikit paslaugų.

   3.3 Socialinė žiniasklaida

   Svetainėje gali būti nuorodų, nukreipiančių į Crafebikit'Socialinės žiniasklaidos puslapius. Crafebikit neprisiima jokios atsakomybės už bet kokias pretenzijas ar nuostolius, kylančius dėl jūsų naudojimosi ar negalėjimo naudotis Socialinės žiniasklaidos puslapiais ar Socialinės žiniasklaidos svetainėmis, nes puslapiai egzistuoja trečiųjų šalių svetainėse ir jiems taikomos toms konkrečioms platformoms taikomos sąlygos ir susitarimai.

4. Intelektinė nuosavybė

   Turinį, prieinamą per Crafebikit paslaugas, saugo galiojantys intelektinės nuosavybės, autorių teisių ir prekių ženklų įstatymai. Vien turinio peržiūra nesuteikia nuosavybės teisių, o bet kokia informacija ar medžiaga, paskelbta per svetainės pasiūlymus, nereiškia šių teisių atsisakymo. Visos šioje sutartyje aiškiai nesuteiktos teisės, nepriklausomai nuo to, ar jos priklauso Crafebikit, ar jos licencijos davėjams, lieka ir jos licencijos davėjams.

5. Garantijų atsisakymas

   Mūsų Paslaugos teikiamos "tokios, kokios yra", be jokių garantijų, įskaitant numanomas tinkamumo parduoti, tinkamumo tam tikram tikslui ar tikslumo garantijas. Crafebikit negarantuoja Paslaugų išsamumo, kokybės, patikimumo ar saugumo. Negalima užtikrinti, kad jos atitiks jūsų poreikius, atitiks įstatymus, jose nebus virusų ar klaidų. Crafebikit neatsako už interneto ryšio prieinamumą ar prieigą prie paslaugų piko metu ar sistemos sutrikimus. Jie neatsako už žalą, atsiradusią dėl naudojimosi paslaugomis, pavyzdžiui, pelno praradimą, duomenų problemas ar verslo nutraukimą. Crafebikit neatsako už pretenzijas, pareikštas praėjus daugiau nei metams nuo ieškinio priežasties. Jūs sutinkate atleisti Crafebikit nuo atsakomybės bet kokiuose ginčuose.

6. Privatumo ir kovos su pinigų plovimu politika

   6.1 Privatumo politika

   Tam tikrais Crafebikit paslaugų aspektais reikia rinkti ar naudoti asmenį identifikuojančią informaciją, įskaitant duomenis apie naudotojus ar jų veiklą ir naršymą Crafebikit paslaugose. Konkrečiai, bet kokiai jūsų pateiktai medžiagai, pavyzdžiui, registracijos duomenims ir atsiliepimams, taikoma Privatumo politika. Rekomenduojama perskaityti Privatumo pareiškimą ir atitinkamas Trečiųjų šalių paslaugų taisykles, kad suprastumėte jų naudojimo praktiką ir duomenų rinkimą.    Crafebikit laikosi kovos su korupcija, kyšininkavimu ir pinigų plovimu įstatymų. Jūs pripažįstate pareigą laikytis galiojančių įstatymų, įskaitant vietos ir federalinius įstatymus, ES direktyvas, reglamentus, JT konvenciją ir kitus galiojančius įstatymus.

7. Išorinės nuorodos

   Mūsų Svetainėje gali būti reklaminių nuorodų į kitas trečiųjų šalių valdomas svetaines. Jūs pripažįstate, kad Crafebikit nekontroliuoja šiose išorinėse svetainėse siūlomos informacijos, produktų ar paslaugų. Crafebikit neprisiima jokios atsakomybės už šių išorinių svetainių turinį ir veikimą bei atsisako bet kokios atsakomybės už bet kokius nuostolius ar žalą, patirtą dėl to, kad naudojatės šiomis nuorodomis. Jūs atsakote už bet kokią riziką, susijusią su naršymu po šias nuorodas.

8. Atsisakymai

   Bet kuriuo metu galite atsisakyti gauti reklaminius el. laiškus ir rinkodaros pranešimus iš siunčiančiosios šalies. Šia teise galite pasinaudoti spustelėję el. laiško poraštėje pateiktą nuorodą "atsisakyti prenumeratos" arba tiesiogiai susisiekę su siunčiančiąja šalimi. Gavusi prašymą atsisakyti prenumeratos, siunčiančioji šalis nedelsdama nutrauks reklaminių el. laiškų siuntimą nurodytu el. pašto adresu. Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad reklaminių el. laiškų atsisakymas netrukdo gaunančiajai šaliai gauti esminių pranešimų, susijusių su pagal šią sutartį teikiamomis paslaugomis.

9. Force Majeure

   Jei kuri nors šalis negali įvykdyti bet kurio iš savo įsipareigojimų pagal šią sutartį dėl stichinių nelaimių, karo, teroro aktų, vyriausybinių reglamentų ar bet kokio kito įvykio, kurio šalis, kuri remiasi šia nuostata, negali pagrįstai kontroliuoti, nukentėjusioji šalis atleidžiama nuo įsipareigojimų vykdymo, o įsipareigojimų vykdymo laikas pratęsiamas vėlavimo ar negalėjimo juos įvykdyti dėl tokio įvykio laikotarpiui. Tačiau šalis, kurią paveikė nenugalimos jėgos (force majeure) aplinkybės, nedelsdama raštu praneša kitai šaliai apie įvykį ir priežastis, dėl kurių ji negali įvykdyti įsipareigojimų. Jei nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybės tęsiasi nepertraukiamai ilgiau kaip 30 dienų, bet kuri šalis gali nutraukti šią sutartį, apie tai raštu pranešusi kitai šaliai. Tokiu atveju nė viena šalis nėra atsakinga kitai šaliai už bet kokius nuostolius, atsirandančius dėl šios sutarties nutraukimo ar susijusius su juo

10. Pranešimas apie pretenzijas dėl autorių teisių pažeidimų

    Jei įtariate, kad buvo pažeistos jūsų autorių teisės, galite pateikti pranešimą apie autorių teisių pažeidimą adresu Crafebikit. 12. Ginčų sprendimas

13. Susitarimas

Jei nesutinkate su visomis sąlygomis, jums neleidžiama naudotis mūsų Paslaugomis. Šia sutartimi tarp šalių nesukuriama atstovybė ar partnerystė. Jei kuri nors šios Sutarties dalis bus pripažinta negaliojančia arba neįgyvendinama, tai neturės įtakos likusių nuostatų galiojimui ir įgyvendinamumui, kurios bus aiškinamos pagal galiojančius įstatymus.    Crafebikit: Crafebikit is an online personal financial planner that allows you to organize your finances. Simply import your data manually and you'll be able to track your daily financial transactions and much more. Receive personalized advice on saving and avoid getting caught in a debt cycle. You can also receive notifications, so you'll never miss a due date again. Through Crafebikit, you'll be able to create a savings plan and establish a budget easier than ever before! No bank account add-ons are needed with our planner. Import all your expense and income information manually, and your banking data will remain confidential. We wanted to make things even simpler for you, so now you can generate financial reports without having to spend a whole day working on them.

   Payment Method: the PayPal account, debit card, credit card, or other method used by the User to pay for their Membership. Crafebikit accepts Visa and Mastercard.

   Services: Interactive content, encompassing text, audio, video, photographs, graphics, artwork, and other materials accessible through the Subscription.

   User: The individual who accesses the Services and provides their Payment Method information.

2. Subscription

   2.1 Registration

   In order to use Crafebikit Services you need to complete your subscription by filling out the relevant Form providing your name, phone number, email address, billing address, credit card details (if buying Membership). Your Registration Data must be accurate to ensure its ongoing accuracy. You have the ability to update them at any time through your profile account.

   2.2 Fees

   You will pay your Subscription based on the country where you're registering at your local currency and/or at the local currency of the country in which Crafebikitis registered. All payments are conducted through a secure SSL encrypted connection, ensuring maximum safety. Prices are subject to change at any time and by continuing to use our services you acknowledge that you accept the new fees. Further you recognize and consent that the card and billing details you furnish are valid and not stolen. These details may be disclosed to a third-party partner, including payment processors and/or acquirers. The handling of payments by other Payment Providers will be governed by their respective terms of service, and assumes no responsibility for your dealings with such Payment Providers or for their actions

   2.3 Invoicing

   Upon registration, the payment method you provided will be automatically charged for the trial period fee and then automatically deducted the complete recurring fee as stated in the plans above. The Membership fee will be automatically deducted from your chosen Payment Method on the specific payment date mentioned in the reminder email. The duration of your billing cycle will vary according to the subscription type you chose upon registration. If there is a failure in collecting the fees you owe (ex. due to lack of funds), you authorize to attempt collection at a later time. Crafebikit and you acknowledge that in such event, the payment date may change. Further, you acknowledge and accept that Crafebikit will not seek additional authorization from you for the recurring payment. All fees must be paid in advance of the services being provided and upon registration, the purchased services will become available to you in accordance with the applicable terms. We have the sole discretion to provide a discount on a subscription payment plan without giving any prior notice.

   2.4 Emails

   Upon registration you will receive a welcome email. You will also receive an email with the billing information of your order and the invoice of your purchase. A reminder email will also be sent no later than 7 days before your trial period expires and/or immediately after your purchase if the trial period does not exceed the 7 days. You acknowledge that if the trial period is less than 7 days, email with your order and invoice and the reminder email may be sent as one email. If you do not receive our emails to the email provided by you upon your registration, you acknowledge that Crafebikit bears no responsibility and you should contact our support teams at: [email protected].

   2.5 Cancellation

   If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to terminate your Membership with Crafebikit at any time. You can do so by clicking "Cancel Subscription" and following the provided instructions, or by reaching out to the customer support centre. Your account will stay active until the next billing. Access cancellation may also occur due to non- payment. Upon cancellation or termination of your Membership, the user account, operational data, and content will be permanently deleted, recovery will not be possible and you remain liable for any outstanding amounts.

   2.6 Refund

   You can request a 100% refund from Crafebikit within 14 days of your purchase. However, Membership fees already paid are non-refundable and will be listed on your Payment Method statement with a specific identifier. Exceptions to this policy may be evaluated on an individual basis by the customer support team.

   2.7 Termination

   Crafebikit has the authority to end your access to its services at any time without prior notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Access termination may also occur for reasons such as non-payment, engagement in service use that may pose a risk to Crafebikit or other users, involvement in illegal or unethical activities that could harm Crafebikit or other users, suspected fraudulent account activity, and participation in any other behaviour deemed unacceptable as outlined on the site or governed by the law.

3. Subscription Terms

   3.1 Content

   Being a member of the Crafebikit website g you can access, download, and engage to a variety of content, including interactive features, text, audio, video, graphics, artwork and photographs. Both Crafebikit and third-party providers contribute to compiling, distributing, and showcasing this content. The accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, and usefulness of this content are the sole responsibility of but Crafebikit bears no responsibility for the accuracy of content provided by third-party providers on the site. There is no assurance from Crafebikit that the posted content and information are up-to-date and suitable and does not undertake the responsibility to actively monitor or regulate such content, although Crafebikit reserves the right to modify and/or remove any part of the content.    With your Membership, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited license to access and use our Services. You agree not to undertake actions that could damage the reputation and goodwill of Crafebikit or expose Crafebikit or its users to any form of harm or liability. Crafebikit doesn't guarantee completeness, quality, reliability, or security of the Services. There's no assurance they'll suit your needs, comply with laws, or be free from viruses or errors. Crafebikit isn't responsible for internet connection availability or service access during peak times or system malfunctions. They're not liable for damages resulting from service use, such as profit loss, data issues, or business interruption. Crafebikit won't be held liable for any claims beyond a year from the cause of action. You agree to release Crafebikit from liability in any disputes.

   At any time, you have the option to opt out of receiving promotional emails and marketing communications from the sending party. 9. Force Majeure

   In the event that either party is unable to perform any of its obligations under this agreement because of natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the party invoking this provision, the affected party's performance shall be excused and the time for performance shall be extended for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence. However, the party affected by a force majeure event shall promptly notify the other party in writing of the occurrence and the reasons for its inability to perform. If the force majeure event lasts for a continuous period of more than 30 days, either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the other party. In such case, neither party shall be liable to the other for any damages arising out of or in connection with the termination of this agreement.

10. Notice for Claims of Copyright Violations

    If you suspect that your copyrighted work has been violated, you can submit a copyright infringement notice to Crafebikit. Include your contact information (phone number, email address, and address), a signature from the copyright owner or an authorized representative confirming their authorization, detailed information about the copyrighted work (including its location on the service), and a statement asserting your good faith belief that the work is being used without lawful authorization. 11. Indemnification

    You commit to indemnify and protect Crafebikit, its parent and subsidiary companies, and their respective members, officers, directors, employees, agents, co-branders, content licensors, and other partners from any claims, expenses, damages, suits, costs, demands, including attorney’s fees, and/or judgments initiated by a third party. This indemnification pertains to your inappropriate use of the Site Offerings, encompassing violations of copyright or privacy rights, breaches of this Agreement, any disputes between you and Crafebikit, and/or infringements on the rights of others. These provisions are intended for the benefit of Crafebikit, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective personnel, who may enforce these terms directly against you

12. Dispute Resolution

    Treating the Agreement as if executed and performed in Republic of Ireland, it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland (without regard to conflict of law principles). In the event that you've submitted a complaint to Crafebikit and find the response unsatisfactory, you have the option to present a dispute for resolution through an arbitration Settlement Offer. This arbitration process will take place in Republic of Ireland with a single arbitrator. Unless mandated by applicable law, each party will bear their own legal costs, irrespective of the outcome of the arbitration. While Crafebikit may be entitled to claim lawyers' fees and expenses if successful in arbitration, they will refrain from seeking such fees unless the arbitrator deems your claim frivolous. Furthermore, to the extent permissible by law, you undertake not to initiate, join, or participate in any class action lawsuit related to any claim, dispute, or controversy against Crafebikit and/or its employees, officers, directors, members, representatives, and/or assigns. You agree to an injunction to cease such a lawsuit or to remove yourself as a participant, and you also agree to cover the legal fees and court costs incurred by Crafebikit in seeking such relief. This provision, preventing your involvement in class action lawsuits: does not waive any of your rights or remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as part of a class action in binding arbitration as outlined above; and constitutes a separate agreement.
